Weather is the transitory expression of climate that can change greatly from
day to day or season to season.
날씨(weather)는, 날에 따라서 그리고 계절에 따라서 대단히 변화할 수 있는,
climate(기후)의 단기적인 표현이다.

BSI(기업경기실사지수.Business Survey Index):경기에 대한 기업가 등의
판단, 장래의 전망 및 이에 대비한 계획 등을 설문지를 통해 조사한 것.
경기에 대한 기업가의 판단은 단기적인 경기 변동에 중요한 영향을 미치게
된다는 점에서 BSI는 중요한 경기예측지표로 사용된다. 0에서 200 사이의
수치를 갖게 되는데 100이상이면 경기가 확장국면을, 100미만이면
수축국면을 나타내는 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 이번 수치는 전경련이
BSI조사를 실시(1997년 말 현재 전경련이 실시한 6백대기업을 대상으로
실시한 BSI수치는 63.0으로 나타났다. ) 한 이후 가장 낮은 수준으로
경기침체 장기화를 예고하고 있다.

광고 전술
ad. tactics. 단기적, 부분적인 광고 계획을 수행하는 기술, 광고 전술의
담당자는 middle management, 광고대행사이다. 전략 (strategy- 전술의
상위 개념으로서 장기적, 포괄적인 계획을 수행하는 기술을 말한다.)
전술(tactics- 전략의 하위 개념으로서 단기적, 부분적인 목표를 수행하는
기술을 말한다.)

더 큰 문제는 단기적으로 이번 사태를 극복할 마땅한 방법이 없다는 것이다.
