12.1 The Software which you use may automatically download and install updates from time to time from Abc. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Services and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit Abc to deliver these to you) as part of your use of the Services.

앞으로 공개될 신작 영화에 대한 주요 장면을 대략 90초 내외로 압축하여, 관객들의 호기심
을 유발시키는 광고 전략의 하나가 예고편이다.
애초 이 트레일러라는 말은 동시상영(Double Feature)으로 공개되는 영화중 첫 번째로 상영
되는 것을 지칭하는 용어에서 도입되었다.
근래 들어서 영화 산업의 발달로 인해 이 예고편의 형식도 다양하게 분화됐는데 현재 할리
우드에서 자주 통용되는 '트레일러'라는 용어를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
- 티저 트레일러(Teaser Trailer)
: 극장에서 개봉되는 예고편. 대개 반년 전부터 상영, 관객들의 입소문을 유발시킨다.
- 피기백(Piggyback), 어태치먼트 (Attachment)
: A라는 영화의 예고편은 통상적으로 전혀 다른 B영화가 상영될 앞부분에 트는 것이 상례.
그러나 A라는 신작영화 앞에 붙이는 당사자 예고편 A가 어태치먼트이다.
- 그린 밴드(Green Band)
: 일반 드라마나 홈코미디물의 예고편을 지칭하는 말.
- 레드 밴드(Red Band)
: 성인용 영화의 예고편.
- 스페셜 슈트(Special Shoot)
: 극장에서는 공개가 되지 않는 예고편만을 위해 특별 제작된 장면.
- 커트 다운(Cut Down)
: 극장용 예고 필름을 30초 내외로 다시 축약시켜 TV용으로 방영하는 예고편.
