에도 당도하지 못하다」라는 이 말은 「아무 소용이 없다」는 뜻을 가진다.
Husband:I'm extremely tired, but I can't fall a asleep.
Wife:Why don't you do some exercise?
Husband:I'm too tired. Honey, you're so determined. You've been riding
the stationary bike for over 30 minutes.
Wife:Does the squeaking sound of the bike bother you?
