A씨는 지난 2004년 뇌경색으로 쓰러진 B씨의 대소변을 받는 등 병간호를 15년간 계속해왔다.

혈관성 치매는 고혈압성 대뇌혈관 질환을 포함하는 혈관질환에 의한 뇌경색의 결과이다.
포함 : 동맥경화성 치매(arteriosclerotic dementia)
F01.0 급성 발병의 혈관성 치매(Vascular dementia of acute onset)
대뇌혈관혈전증, 색전증 또는 출혈에 의한 뇌졸증후에 급속히 발전한다. 드문 경우로, 단독대경색증
