휴관 권고대상은 지역아동센터, 다함께 돌봄, 노인복지관, 경로당, 치매안심센터, 노인주야간보호기관, 장애인복지관, 장애인주간보호시설, 장애인직업재활시설, 노인일자리, 장애인일자리, 자활사업, 정신재활시설, 사회복지관, 노숙인 이용시설 중 종합지원센터 15곳이다.
The 15 broad-based assistance centers recommended places targeted for closing include local children's centers, care for the elderly, elderly welfare centers, senior citizens' party, dementia relief centers, day and night care centers for the elderly, welfare centers for the disabled, daycare facilities for the disabled, vocational rehabilitation facilities for the disabled, jobs for the elderly, jobs for the disabled, self-support programs, mental rehabilitation facilities, social welfare centers, and homeless shelters.

변근세 시 노인복지팀장은 "문재인정부 정책에 따라 공립치매전담 요양원이 없는 지자체를 대상으로 사업을 추진하는 것"이라며 "풍광이 좋은 곳에 시설을 건립해 치매노인을 보다 체계적이고 안정적으로 보호할 방침"이라고 말했다.
Byeon Geun-se, head of the Senior Welfare Team, said, "According to the Moon Jae-in government's policy, we are promoting projects for local governments that do not have a dedicated dementia nursing home," adding, "We plan to systematically and stably protect the elderly with dementia by building facilities in a place with good scenery."

동구는 우선적으로 관내 경로당 114개소, 노인복지시설 20개소, 장애인 거주시설 2개소, 자활기업 10개소 등에 예방용품을 고루 배부했다.
In Dong-gu, prevention supplies were evenly distributed to 114 silver halls in the jurisdiction, 20 welfare facilities for the elderly, 2 residential facilities for the disabled, and 10 self-sufficient companies.

대구지역 노인복지 관계자는 "다른 기관에 의뢰해 시비를 가리는 것이 쉽지 않기 때문에 당사자 간에 해결하는 경우도 많다"고 말했다.
"Since it is not easy to ask other agencies to distinguish it between right and wrong, there are many cases where the parties resolve the issue," said an official of welfare for elderly people in Daegu area.

그동안 확진자들이 대형마트와 동네병원, 노인복지관 등 공공장소를 다닌 사실이 알려지면서 해당 지역 주민들은 "안전한 곳이 없다"며 불안감을 호소했다.
Residents in the region have complained of anxiety, saying, "There is no safe place," as it has been known that confirmed patients have been to public places such as supermarkets, local hospitals, and welfare centers for the elderly.

대상시설은 공공도서관, 성남종합운동장 등 체육시설, 청소년수련관, 노인복지관 및 경로당, 평생학습관 스포츠센터, 아이사랑놀이터, 시청 종합홍보관 및 북카페 등이다.
The target facilities include public libraries, sports facilities such as Seongnam Sports Complex, youth training centers, senior citizen welfare centers and senior citizens' halls, lifelong learning sports centers, children's playgrounds, city hall general public relations centers, and book cafes.

대상시설은 공공도서관, 성남종합운동장 등 체육시설, 청소년수련관, 노인복지관 및 경로당, 평생학습관 스포츠센터, 아이사랑놀이터, 시청 종합홍보관 및 북카페 등 총 688군데 지역 내 다중이용시설이다.
The target facilities are 688 multi-purpose facilities in the region, including sports facilities such as public libraries, Seongnam Sports Complex, youth training centers, senior welfare centers and senior citizen centers, lifelong learning centers' sports centers, Aisarang playgrounds, city hall general public relations centers, and book cafes.
