Mutiny on High Seas : 공해에서의 선상반란
The frequent violent crime on Korean fishing boats on the high seas
is quite perplexing. Accordingly, we are deeply concerned by the most
recent case in which 11 seamen, seven of whom were Korean, were
killed aboard a tuna fishing vessel allegedly by six ethnic
Korean-Chinese, in a mutiny in the South Pacific.
공해상의 한국어선에서 빈번하게 일어나는 폭력범죄는 참으로 당혹스러운
일이다. 따라서, 우리는 최근 남태평양에서의 참치잡이 원양어선에서 6명
의 조선족에 의한 선상반란으로 7명의 한국인을 포함한 11명이 살해된 사건
에 깊은 우려를 갖게 된다.

설문에 참여한 한 30대 남성은 "기저귀 교환대가 여자 화장실에만 있어 아이를 돌볼 때 난감하다"고 말했다.
A man in his 30s who participated in the survey said, "It is difficult to take care of a baby because changing table is only in the women's bathroom."
이날 병원에서 만난 중국동포 B씨는 "중국에서 신종 코로나가 유행해 춘제기간 중국을 방문하지 않았는데 회사가 신종 코로나 검사결과를 제출하라고 해 왔다"라며 "병원에서 여행력과 증상이 없어 확인서 발급이 불가능하다고 해 난감하다"고 말했다.
"I did not visit China during the Lunar New Year vacation with the COVID-19 pandemic in China, but the company has asked me to submit the results of COVID-19, however, it is frustrating that the hospital say they cannot issue a proof because I do not have travel history," B, an ethnic Korean from China, said.
