What do you think(mean)?

How do you think?
-
What do you think of 목적어?
What are you thinking about?

How does tomorrow sound? / How about tomorrow? /
What about tomorrow?
cf) How did she grab(strike) you?

You are talking over my head.
* 미국인들이 쓰는 회화에서 You've lost me.
그러니까 I don't understand. 또는
I don't know what you are talking about. 또는
I don't get(or dig) it. 또는 I don't follow you.
You are talking over my head.
I don't follow you very well. 또는
Would you mind using simpler words?
This movie is over my head.
It's beyond me도 I don't understand.
I can't do it.

Should I give you more coffee? (X)
(How about ~?, Would you like ~?, Would you care for ~?)'
① Would you like more coffee?(커피 더 드시겠어요?)
② Would you care for another cup of coffee?(커피 한 잔 더 하실래요?)
What do you say to one more cup of coffee?(커피 한 잔 더 하시는 건 어때요?)

How about your impression? (X)
명사인 impression을 받는 것은 how가 아니라 what이다.
"What do you think of him?"이다.
What is your impression?(인상이 어때?)

" I entered the University 1986, and -
- What(How) about you ? "
예문 > A: What class were you in ? 多用

I'm from Seoul. Currently, I live with my parents and younger sister.
T : Any questions for her?
S2 : What is your hobby?
S1 : Well, I like listening to music and watching TV.
S3 : What is your motto?
S1 : Do to others as you would have others do to you.
S4 : What would you like to be in the future?
S1 : I'd like to be a flutist.
T : That's enough. Thank you.

S1 : Hey. Here comes the teacher. Let's be quiet.
T : What's up today? It's a little noisy.
S2 : Nothing much.
T : Nothing? Things seem a little fishy.
S3 : Actually we were discussing the field trip next week.
T : What about it?
S3 : Where we were going and what we needed to bring with us.
T : OK. Now then, let's straighten up the desks and chairs.
S3 : Would you give us some more minutes to discuss?
T : Not now. You can talk it later during the break.
Let's begin class.

S2: I don't agree. I think cell phones are useful.
We can use them whenever we want.
T: That's enough. Let's move on.
Please pay attention during class.
Now shall we start today's lesson?

T : Group 2 is.
S : What do you think about our group?
T : Your group is doing well, too.

T : That's a good try.
Let's give group 2 a big hand.

S2 : Even though the words are difficult, try not to think
about them as difficult.
S1 : Is that all?
S2 : No. You should write words down many times.
S1 : Is there any other strategy?
S2 : I don't know. This is what I did and I got good grades.
S1 : I'd better get started then.

S : Yes, a bit. Then, I thought about how the owner of the wallet must be feeling and I didn't want to keep it.
T : Is that so? I must find the owner. What a good student!

T : What were you thinking about?
S : Sorry.
T : What have you got on your desk?
S : Well, I was thinking about my music homework. Today is the deadline.
