TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Supercity Savings Card is not a credit card. It must be signed
immediately and is not transferable.

2. The signatory of this Card is entitled to all the discounts, gifts
or other benefits offered by Supercity Savings establishments as
listed in the brochure.

3. Unless stated otherwise, discounts, gifts and other benefits do

4. In the "Audio, Video, Photographic and Electronic Epuipment"
category, discounts given will depend on the type and brand of

5. As a general rule, cardholders cannot claim a discount on postage,

All information submitted by parties in an AD or CVD proceeding is treated as publicly
available information unless it is accompanied by a request for business proprietary
treatment. The types of information which are normally regarded as public information
are set forth in paragraph (b) of section 351.105. This paragraph describes public
information as
1) factual information of a type that has been published or otherwise made
available to the public by the person submitting it such as in advertisements, product
brochures or marketing displays,
2) factual information that is not designated as business
proprietary by the person submitting it,
3) factual information which, although designated
as business proprietary by the person submitting it, is in a form which cannot be
associated with or otherwise used to identify activities of a particular person, or which the
Secretary determines is not properly designated as business proprietary,
4) publicly available laws, regulations, decrees, orders, and other official documents of a country,
including English translations, and
5) written argument relating to the proceeding that is
not designated as business proprietary.

5) 영업 비밀로 지정되지 않은 진행절차와 관련된 토의문건 등을 말한다.

State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said unless inspectors
from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) were permitted to
do their work -which could take up to three years - the already-delayed
construction could be pushed back even further.
“This has to be done before they get to a certain stage in construction,

You acknowledge and agree that the Ads will be displayed on the Property in a video format approved by Abc, and that such Ads: (i) shall only be displayed in connection with the Property(ies) and non-advertisement video content (collectively “Video Media”), all of which is subject to review and approval by Abc in its discretion at any time; and (ii) shall only be requested in connection with end user initiated Video Media. In addition, You agree that You may only display one (1) Ad Unit within Your media player at any single time, unless otherwise approved by Abc in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing (including by electronic mail), payments to You shall be sent by Abc within approximately thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar month that Ads or Referral Buttons are running on Your Property or that Ads are running on Search Results Pages if Your earned balance is $100 or more.
쌍방이 서면 ( 이메일 포함 ) 으로 동의하지 않는 한, 귀하의 수익이 미화 100 달러 이상일 경우, Abc는 광고 또는 추천버튼이 귀하의 자산에 게재되거나 또는 해당 광고가 검색결과 페이지에 게재되었던 해당 월 말로부터 약 30 일 이내에 지불금원을 귀하에 보내드립니다.

1.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Abc, your agreement with Abc will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document. These are referred to below as the “Universal Terms”.
1.2 Abc와 서면으로 달리 합의하지 아니하는 한, 귀하와 Abc의 계약은 언제나 이 서면에 기재된 계약조건을 적어도 포함하게 됩니다. 이러한 계약조건을 아래에서는 “일반약관”이라고 지칭합니다.

9.2 Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Abc, nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use any of Abc’s trade names, trade marks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
9.2 귀하가 Abc와 서면에 의하여 달리 합의하지 아니하는 한, ‘약관’의 어느 조항도 귀하에게 Abc의 상호, 상표, 서비스표, 로고, 도메인 네임 및 기타 식별력 있는 브랜드 특성(brand features)을 이용할 수 있는 권리를 부여하지 아니합니다.

9.4 Other than the limited license set forth in Section 11, Abc acknowledges and agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from you (or your licensors) under these Terms in or to any Content that you submit, post, transmit or display on, or through, the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in that Content (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Abc, you agree that you are responsible for protecting and enforcing those rights and that Abc has no obligation to do so on your behalf.
9.4 제11조에 규정된 제한적 라이센스 외에는, Abc는 귀하가 ‘서비스’ 상에 또는 ‘서비스’를 통하여 제출, 게시, 전송 또는 전시한 ‘콘텐츠’에 관하여는 그 ‘콘텐츠’에 관한 지적재산권(이러한 권리의 등록 여부를 불문하고 그러한 권리가 존재할 수 있는 모든 국가를 대상으로 함) 듌에 동의합니다.

10.2 You may not (and you may not permit anyone else to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Software or any part thereof, unless this is expressly permitted or required by law, or unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by Abc, in writing.
10.2 귀하는 복제, 수정, 2차적 저작물 작성, 역설계, 디컴파일(decompile) 또는 다른 방법으로 ‘소프트웨어’ 또는 그 일부의 소스코드를 추출하고자 시도할 수 없습니다(또한 어느 누구에게도 이를 하도록 허락할 수 없습니다). 다만, 법률에 의하여 명시적으로 허용되거나 요구되는 경우 또는 Abc로부터 서면에 의하여 특별히 허락받은 때는 예외로 합니다.

10.3 Unless Abc has given you specific written permission to do so, you may not assign (or grant a sub-licence of) your rights to use the Software, grant a security interest in or over your rights to use the Software, or otherwise transfer any part of your rights to use the Software.
10.3 Abc가 귀하에게 명확하게 서면 허락을 하는 경우 외에는, 귀하는 ‘소프트웨어’를 사용할 수 있는 귀하의 권리를 양도(또는 재실시권 (sub-licence) 허가)할 수 없고, ‘소프트웨어’를 사용할 수 있는 귀하의 권리에 대해 담보권을 설정할 수 없으며, 달리 ‘소프트웨어’를 이용할 수 있는 귀하의 권리의 어느 일부를 이전할 수도 없습니다.
