awarded high marks to eToys, Nordstrom Inc (NYSE:JWN - news) and Sparks.

Counter, according to the survey.

inferior customer experience,'' said Nancy Kramer, CEO of Resource.
``E-retailers need to understand that negative customer experiences will
cause consumers to shift their loyalty to other companies.''
