[比較] order, command, instruction, direction, directive, injunction
order는 가장 포괄적인 말로 법률에서는 법정·판사의 「결정·명령」을 의미한다.
ex) He paid alimony by court order.
군사용어로는(보통 복수형으로 사용된다) 군 당국에서 보내는 명령·통고를 가리키고, 때로는 「임무·부서의 지정」을 가리키기도 한다.
command는 옛날에 군주의 요청·희망(wishes)이 commands였고, 이 뜻은 지금 영국에서의 command performance(왕의 초청에 응해서 행하는 연주·상연, 어전 연주·상연)에 남아 있다. 군주의 명(commands)은 자주 wishes라고 표현되었다. 오늘날 command는 대개 군사 용어로 쓰인다. 군대의 소대 교련 등에서 큰 소리로 일정한 명령을 내리는 「호령, 명령」, 한 사령관 하에 있는 「휘하 부대, 관할 구역, 사령부」, 그리고 「지휘, 지휘권」 등을 의미한다.
ex) I'm in command here.
instruction은 보통 복수형으로 쓰여, 「명령」(order), 「지시, 훈령」(direction)이다.
ex) Please read the instructions before assembling the antenna.
direction은 instruction과 거의 마찬가지이고, 언제나 복수형으로 쓰이며, 보통 어떤 목적지에 이르는 데에 거쳐야 할 통로·노선(route)에 관한 지시를 가리키는 말로 쓰인다.
ex) If he follows my directions, he can't miss Rockefeller Center.
directive는 새로운 명사로서, 「당국의 지령·지시」(authoritative instruction or direction)를 말한다.
ex) A directive was issued by the Secretary of State on conduct of Foreign Affairs Officers.
injunction은 보통 법률 용어로서, 사람에게 어떤 특별한 일을 하라고(흔히는 하지 말라고) 요구하는, 재판소가 내리는 명령(강제 또는 금지)을 가리킨다. 그러나 일반적인 「명령, 지령」의 뜻으로도 쓰일 수 있다.
ex) In spite of all injunctions of secrecy, the news had spread.

②국가원로자문회의의 의장은 직전대통령이 된다. 다만, 직전대통령이 없을 때에는 대통령이 지명한다.
(2) The immediate former President shall become the Chairman of the Advisory Council of Elder Statesmen: Provided, That if there is no immediate former President, the President shall appoint the Chairman.
③국가원로자문회의의 조직·직무범위 기타 필요한 사항은 법률로 정한다.
(3) The organization, function and other necessary matters pertaining to the Advisory Council of Elder Statesmen shall be determined by Act.

CHAPTER IX THE ECONOMY
제119조 ①대한민국의 경제질서는 개인과 기업의 경제상의 자유와 창의를 존중함을 기본으로 한다.
Article 119
(1) The economic order of the Republic of Korea shall be based on respect for the freedom and creative initiative of enterprises and individuals in economic affairs.
②국가는 균형있는 국민경제의 성장 및 안정과 적정한 소득의 분배를 유지하고, 시장의 지배와 경제력의 남용을 방지하며, 경제주체간의 조화를 통한 경제의 민주화를 위하여 경제에 관한 규제와 조정을 할 수 있다.
(2) The state may regulate and coordinate economic affairs in order to maintain a balanced growth and stability of the national economy, to ensure proper distribution of income, to prevent domination of the market and abuse of economic power and to democratize the national economy through harmony among the economic agents.

To the extent compatible with national laws and regulations and
national practice, the competent bodies within the system of
labour administration shall contribute to the preparation of
national policy concerning international labour affairs,
participate in the representation of the State with respect
to such affairs and contribute to the preparation of measures
to be taken at the national level with respect thereto.
노동행정체계안에서 권한있는 기관은 국내법령 및 관행과 일치하는 한,
국제노동문제에 관한 국가정책의 결정에 기여하고, 당해 문제에 관하여
