스핀-오프(Spin-Off)제도:정부출연연구소의 연구원이 기술개발 프로젝트에
참여했다가 그 연구결과를 갖고 창업하면 기술사용료를 면제해주는 제도.

하나로 도입을 추진중에 있다.

SEOUL was broadly lower although Hyundai Motor gained momentum on
renewed foreign buying. Samsung Electronics was another early winner,
although profit-taking after the gains of the the previous two sessions,
pulled the share off the top.
서울시장은 현대차가 외국인의 다시 시작된 매수로 인해 기력을
회복하였는데도 불구하고 크게 하락했다. 전일 상승세 후 차익매물이
주가를 최고점에서 끌어내렸음에도 불구하고 삼성전자는 오전장 부터
상승세를 유지했다.
The composite index finished 7.65 lower at 743.49.
종합지수는 7.65% 하락한 채 마감했다.
Hyundai Motor, the country's largest carmaker, rose 3.2 percent
to Won17,550, off a high of Won19,050 as expectations grew
for its spin-off from the troubled Hyundai Group.
현대차가 그룹으로부터 분리될 거라는 예상이 무르익어 감에 따라
그 주가는 3.2% 상승했다.
Samsung Electronics finished 0.3 per cent higher at Won322,000.
삼성전자는 0.3% 상승하였다.
