My first reaction to this story was to laugh.
But then I began to think.
How many times has our own world been on the brink of destruction?
How many asteroids came within miles of slamming into the earth?

I finally understood what Mr. Joseph was talking about: Our planet is fragile, and we must be careful not to break it.

A girl doing her homework asked her father to explain the difference

number and had his daughter listen. "Hello," he said to the man who
answered, "is Melvin there?"
"There's no one here named Melvin," was the reply. "Why don't you look

The father dialed the number again. "Hello, is Melvin there?" he asked.
"Now look!" the man yelled. "I just told you that there's no Melvin

지었다. 선반위에 가방을 올려놓고 출발하길 기다렸다. 승객들이
모두 올라타고 출입문이 닫혔다. 지하철안은 눅눅한데다
땀냄새까지 나 갑갑했다. 에어컨은 고장났나보다. 열린
창문사이로 뜨거운 바람이 들어왔다. 2분쯤 지나 네오역에 도착했다.
