The first part of the Bible을 주어로 tells를 동사로 a story of how~를 목적어로 삼으면 자연스런 영어문장을 꾸밀 수 있다.
Before the time of Darwin, most people in the Western world

(ANS) The first part of the Bible tells a story of how the world was created by God. Before the time of Darwin most people in the Western world believed that the world and all its creatures had been created in a period of one week, exactly as written in the Bible. It required a daring thinker to question such ancient ideas.

ighting!
Go for it!
Go, go, go 박찬호라고 하죠.

My first part-time job was doing the dishes im a restaurant.

I've got a part time job in the post office this summer.

I always try to see too much!
No, not me. Each time I go, I pick one part of the museum.

It's your turn.
This time you play the part of "A".
I want to play the part of "B".

Are you ready? Go!
Come on! You try.
Let's change our parts.

The last time I went out for breakfast, I had to choose among ten types of pancakes, six varieties of juice, and four kinds of potatoes.
To my surprise, my wife and children love all this.
They love going into an ice cream shop and being able to choose among seventy-five flavors of ice cream and seventy-five flavors of topping to put on them.
For my part, I increasingly find that I miss simplicity.
Faced with a glass case filled with eighteen types of coffee, I just wish for a nice cup of tea.
I'm afraid I am the only person in the house who feels that way.

Yesterday I ate lunch at your restaurant, which you advertised as “a dining paradise.”
It was so completely packed with people that the line snaked out the door, and by the time I reached the counter, I was exhausted.
I decided on the hamburger steak special and side dishes, but there was no potato salad left and the beans were burnt more than baked.
At the table, the truck driver sitting across from me wouldn't stop talking about highway taxes.
Finally, when I rose to leave, the waiter “kindly” yelled at me to clean up after myself.
Throwing away that plate of food was the most enjoyable part of dining at your restaurant.

Success is the act of trying to improve upon the things you're already doing.
It's growing and developing.
It's accepting bigger and greater challenges.
It's not being afraid of making a mistake, suffering a setback, or failing.
It's trying to do your very best.
And if, in the end, your very best wasn't quite good enough, you just have to go back to work and prepare a bit harder for the next time.
Nobody succeeds 100 percent in anything they do.
When you're able to recognize and accept this fact of life, you realize that failure and losing are as much a part of the game of life as are success and winning.

What would my life be like if my children didn't play sports? Well, it may be more relaxed on one hand.
However, like other parents, I can see the immense benefits sports provide our children!
Organized sports offer children of all ages the chance to exercise, to be part of a team, and to form relationships they may not otherwise have.
Working out not only helps to lessen depression, it also helps teenagers overcome the uneasiness they may feel at times as they develop and change.
And being on a sports team can be helpful and stabilizing at a time when so many things in their lives seem devastating.
And sharing in both its accomplishments and failures is a wonderful experience.

Approximately 15% of these women are working part-time.

Dogs, like humans, need fresh water, fresh food and something to think about.
A dog left alone in the backyard will often bark nonstop for hours.
He is trying to get his message across.
Yes, your neighbors can hear it.
And no, they don't like it.
Do you want your neighbors lying awake all night thinking of creative ways to kill you and/or your dog?
If you are not willing to invest the time and energy to train your dog so it can be part of your family, please don't get one.
There is nothing so heartwarming as the love and loyalty of a dog, but it is better for the animal to be destroyed than to be left alone, neglected, bewildered and confused, brimming with love but with no one to accept it.

College or university study is known as 'higher education.'
Higher education in the U.S. is for average citizens as well as the leaders of the community.
The opportunity to study beyond secondary school is available to nearly all qualified students; and because there are so many state-supported schools in the U.S., even those U.S. students with limited finances usually can obtain some higher education.
Many community colleges and part-time programs are designed especially for students with limited finances.

I've had this old car a long time; I'm loath to part with it.

There is always a quiet time in forests all over the world.
While only some people take a short sleep after the midday meal, there is
a tendency on the part of almost every wild creature to stop what it is
doing and rest in the afternoon.
Usually between the hours of one and three o'clock almost no wildlife is
moving.
If you are hunting for game then, you may as well put your gun down
and take a nap.
If you are freshwater fishing, the same thing generally holds true.
Maybe this instinct to rest is nature's way of preventing heart failure
among creatures.

When he is very young, a child is usually taught not to lie. By the time
he reaches adolescence, a boy knows that there are times when it is better
to lie (we call it a `white lie') than to tell the absolute, unsparing
truth.
These lies are part of everyday social life, and society would be in
an extremely uncomfortable situation without them.
Thus people tell other people they look fine, or the new dress is pretty,
or they can't come to dinner on a particular night because they're ill,
or any one of a thousand other 'white lies', so that feelings will not
be hurt and so that people can live more comfortably together.

You have to look at a small part at a time.

I've got to have a part-time job.

For the first three weeks, things ran smoothly. According to your
instruction, I watered the grass every day, before 10 a.m. or after 4
p.m. Also, Mom, I walked the dog four times a day just because you said
it was very important that she be out that many times -- I disagreed, as
you'll recall, but nonetheless I walked her. Yes I was a good boy. But
when Susan, your darling daughter, got home from summer camp, I had to
become a part-time parent. That's when the trouble all started.

Suppose a football game begins at 1:00 p.m. in New York. It is then 6:00
p.m. in London. Which time is correct? if an explosion occurred on a
star, scientists on the earth would record the time it happened. But
anyone traveling in another part of the universe in a different direction
would identify the time differently. Thus there is no absolute time.

<<<<< PART-TIME LOVER >>>>>
Sung By Stevie Wonder

Brdige over troubled water
Simon & Gafunkel
When you're weary feelin' small
when tears are in your eyes
I'll dry them all
I'm on your side oh when times get rough
And friend just can't be found
Like a bridge over troubled water I'll lay me down.
Like a bridge over troubled water I'll lay me down.
-
When you're down and out when you're on the street
when evening fall so hard
I will comfort you
I'm take your part oh when darkness comes
And pain is all around
Like a bridge over troubled water I'll lay me down.
Like a bridge over troubled water I'll lay me down.

All your dreams are on their way
See how they shine oh if you need a friend
I'm sailing right behind
Like a bridge over troubled water I'll aese your mind.

I swear, by the moon and the stars in the sky
And I swear, like a shadow that's by your side..

Cause I'll stand beside you through the years
You'll only cry those happy tears
And though I've made mistakes
I'll never break your heart
And I swear, by the moon and the stars in the sky
I'll be there
I swear, like a shadow that's by your side
I'll be there
For better or worse till death do us part
I'll love you with every beat of my heart,
I swear..

I'll give you everything I can
I'll build your dreams with these two hands
We'll hang some memories on the walls
And when just the two of us are there,
You won't have to ask if I still care
Cause as the time turns the page
My love won't age at all
And I swear, by the moon and the stars in the sky,
I'll be there
I swear, like a shadow that's by your side,
I'll be there
For better or worse till death do us part
I love you with every beat of my heart
I swear..

Here I am - Air Supply

Here I am
Playing with those memories again
And just when I thought time had set me free
Those thoughts of you keep taunting me
Holding you
A feeling I never outgrew
Though each and every part of me has tried
Only you can fill that space inside
My heart it's not mending
** Just when I thought I was over you
And just when I thought I could stand on my own
Oh baby those memories come crashing through
And I just can't go on without you
On my own I've tried to make the best of it alone
I've done everything I can to ease the pain
But only you can stop the rain
I just can't live without you
I miss everything about you
** Repeat
And I just can't go on without
Go on without, go on without
It's just no good without you
Without you ...

Bridge Over Troubled Water -- Simon & Garfunkel
When you're down and out
When you're on the street

< Hard To Say I'm Sorry > by Chicago
==================================
"Everybody needs a little time away,"
I heard her say, "from each other."
"Even lovers need a holiday
far away from each other."
Hold me now.
It's hard for me to say I'm sorry.
I just want you to stay.
After all that we've been through,
I will make it up to you.
I promise to.
And after all that's been said and done,
You're just the part of me
I can't let go.
Couldn't stand to be kept away
just for the day from your body.
Wouldn't wanna be swept away,
far away from the one that I love.
Hold me now.
It's hard for me to say I'm sorry.
I just want you to know.
Hold me now.
I really want to tell you I'm sorry.
I could never let you go.
You're gonna be the lucky one.

I broke a nail while hammering.
Let me trim your nails.

It's sometimes difficult to see the difference between a fad and a trend.
A fad lasts a very short time and is not very important.
A social trend lasts a long time and becomes a true part of modern culture.
A trend might be the use of personal computers; a fad might be certain types of computer games.
A recent trend is the nationwide interest in good health, but many fads come from this trend: aerobic dancing, special diets, imported water, and the like.

As a result of the tighter job market, an increasing number of job seekers with strong academic backgrounds are showing interest in non-paying jobs.
According to a recent survey, one-third of job seekers would work without pay since they are desperate to gain employment experience in order to get a foot in the door.
The findings showed 32% of males and 37% of female job seekers said they would work without payment.
Despite the increasing numbers of job seekers who are willing to work as unpaid interns, the ratio of companies hiring interns or part-time employees as regular employees is still very low.

E-mail (electronic mail) uses computers for communication. It has
several important advantages over phones and regular mail. The main
advantage of e-mail is that it takes very little time to send and
receive message. From your computer, you can contact someone far away
(or in the next office). Seconds later, they have your message. If they
are at their computer, you can get a response instantly, too. Another
reason people like to use e-mail is that for just a few cents you can
send a message to someone in another part of the world. You don't have
to worry about the time difference or slow mail delivery. Your message
is sent immediately, and your friends or colleagues can send a response
at their convenience. Lastly, e-mail allows you to send a single message
to many people at the same time.

Because payments of the principle and interest must be made on time
whether or not the company has been earning a profit, bonds are
considered a safe investment over a long period of time. Stocks, on the
other hand, carry more risk as they are influenced by the conditions of
the economy, but often pay a higher rate of interest. Stockholders
provide the money invested in a business and have a say in making
business decisions and a share of the profits. However, they must also
take part in the losses and cannot receive any dividends until the money
owed to the bondholders has been paid off.

In the past, part-time workers were either students or housewives who worked at fast food restaurants or department stores to earn extra money.
Employers did not like hiring workers on a part-time basis because they were expensive to train and unreliable for the long-term.
Now, the reverse is true.

The new part-time workers prefer to be called "freelancers" or "contract employees."
There are accountants, computer programmers, and managers who are joining the growing ranks of part-time professionals.
Employers now prefer to hire skilled, part-time employees because they can save money on insurance benefits and training costs.

Solving problems is a part of everyday life and most problems are so small that you solve them automatically.
For example, the shirt you were planning to wear is in the wash, but you don't stop to think about it; you simply put on something else.
However, there are other problems more puzzling than this.
Perhaps two good friends need your help at the same time.
When a problem requires some thought as in this case, you should examine and compare the possible solutions and decide on the proper one.

Lose the other guys.
...Like, ...all of them?
...... 전부....다?
C'mon, we're great together, why not?
Why can't we just have what we have now? Why can't we just talk, and laugh, and make love, without feeling obligated to one another...
and up until tonight I thought that's what you wanted too.
...Well, y'know, part of me wants that, but it's like I'm two guys, y'know? I mean, one guy's going 'Shut up! This is great!'
But there's this other guy. Actually it's the same guy that wells up every time that Grinch's heart grows three sizes and breaks that measuring device...
So... which one of the two guys will you listen to?
I don't know, I-I have to listen to both of them, they don't exactly let each other finish...

Joe, your dad's in love big time.
And the worst part of it is, it's with two different women.
Oh man.
Please tell me one of 'em is Ma.
Of course, course one of 'em's Ma.
What's the matter with you.
It's like if you woke up one day and found out your dad was leading this double life.

No, I walked out of the office and got back to my tables.

No more.
The cover-up.
You said it went as high as Barney Hull.
That's not what I said.
- When you gave me Rachel Posner's arrest file...
- What I said
is that arrests don't disappear without a big-ass wand.
That ain't the same as proof.

That's it, just an address? What's that got to do with Palmer?
- It doesn't say.
- Crosscheck it with his schedule.
- He's not going anywhere near it.
- Has he been near it since he came here?
No.
없어요
How about previous visits? Connection to family members?
I can check. It'll take time.
No. Let's see what we can peel off. Start in here.
Just the address on San Fernando Road.

And when was the last time you had intercourse with your wife?
- Oh, that's, that's personal. - It's part of our investigation, sir.
Well, the average is only once a week.

If I'm Max, I want no part of this.
Plus I don't have an aisle seat.
Yeah, but you're lucky your wife's gonna make sure you get out on the playing field.
Yeah, go ahead honey,
save my life.

The Sheriff?
Well,
it's nothing personal.
We're part of a cycle.
Yeah, the people laughed at finger prints seventy years ago and now it's law.
Except somebody had to push for prints.
And you're standing there saying,
"all things in their own time."
You're confused, right?
Yes.

That's the best place for a scientist to be.

Gris, can I get clear on something?
Anything's possible.
Catherine gave me this "FP" that was part of the Hansen bomb.
I'm supposed to figure out what tool the bomber used to engrave it.
You isolate the tool, and then we trace it.
Yeha, but... he could've used any number of things,
I mean, uh... screwdriver, drill bit, a box cutter.
It's the same as guns you eliminate them, one at a time.

He was dying from the heart troubles.
He was in chronic pain.
He asked me to get it over with.
I couldn't. I loved him.
This is the part that I am having hard time with.
You were able to cut him up
when you realized you couldn't afford the burial.
But I lied about why.

He may gag his victims using a garden-variety bath towel
which he then takes with him as part of his murder kit.
He will go after another tall brunette
and the torture will be worse.
But this time, he won't ejaculate.
- At least not at the scene. - At home, later.
- He's learning control. - Think he knows his next victim?

Royal oaks was the scene of a hate crime today

was brutally attacked in his home.
Lisco speculated the attack was in response to his efforts
to secure same-sex partner insurance coverage from his employer cliffside cable.
Police are circulating this sketch of the assailant.

God, I couldn't wait to get rid of them.
Okay,
좋아
so Lynette said that you found Zach.
He's at a rehabilitation center,
and Julie snuck in and actually talked to him.
Did he say anything about his mother's suicide?
