Dealership which states that said agreement will automatically expire
on September 30 if not formally renewed. This article clearly states
your duty to inform us regarding your financial conditions by
submitting actual figures at the end of each fiscal year. It also
requires that you finalize your business plans for the following fiscal
year in full consultation with us.
