내용을 포함시켜도 안됩니다. 나중에 문제가 발생하지 않도록
상호간의 권리와 의무를 명기하고 이것을 확인한 연후에 책임자가
사인을 하는 것이며, 영문서류가 원본이 될 경우에는 세밀하게
살펴 보아서 전문 변호사의 조언을 얻고 최종적인 태도를
결정하는 것입니다. 한국식으로 「여기는 무엇인가…」하는 것은
계약종료 후에는 통용되지 않습니다.
이 법률에 따르면 국토부 장관 및 신고관청은 부동산 거래 신고에 누락 사항이 있거나 정확하지 않다고 판단되면 거래당사자 등에게 관련 증빙 자료를 요청할 수 있도록 돼 있다.
