The firm rated Amazon.com and Garden.com as the ``Best on the Web,'' and
awarded high marks to eToys, Nordstrom Inc (NYSE:JWN - news) and Sparks.
The worst sites included those of Best Buy Co. Inc. and Cosmetics
Counter, according to the survey.

``E-retailers need to understand that negative customer experiences will
cause consumers to shift their loyalty to other companies.''
