19 CFR 351.304(d)(2) provides for the DOC to determine the status of information
normally within 30 days after the day on which the information is submitted. The
deadline is intended to avoid situations in which the DOC inadvertently accepts
nonconforming submissions or only recognizes the problem too late to request
replacements. Analysts should review documents as soon as possible after they are
submitted, and should promptly address any complaint of an alleged nonconforming
submission.
19 CFR 351.304(d)(2)는 상무부가 통상적으로 자료제출후 30일 이내에 당해
정보의 지위를 결정하여야 함을 규정하고 있다. 이러한 시한은 상무부가 요건
에 부합하지 않는 자료제출을 부주의하게 수용하거나 제출된 자료의 문제점
을 지나치게 늦게 발견해 자료의 교체를 요구할 수 없게 되는 상황을 피하기
위함이다. 분석관들은 제출된 자료를 가능한 빨리 검토하고 즉시 부적절한
자료제출로 추정되는 문제점들을 통보해야 한다.
