F80.3 간질에 의한 후천성 실어증[란다우-클레프너](Acquired aphasia with epilepsy [Landau-Kleffner])
정상 언어발달을 보이던 아동이 수용형, 표현형 언어 숙련도를 상실하나 전반적 지적능력은 유지된
다. 이 장애의 발병은 뇌전도상의 발작적 이상파를 수반하고 이런 경우 대부분은 간질발작을 수반한
다. 3세에서 7세사이에 발병하며 숙련도는 수일에서 수주간 상실된다. 발작의 시작과 언어의 상실의
시간적 연관성은 수개월에서 이년까지 선행할수 있다. 염증성 뇌염의 과정이 이장애의 원인으로
생각된다. 이런 환자의 2／3가 좀 덜 심하거나 더 심한 수용형 언어 장애를 남기게된다. 제외 :

저항등의 인격양상과 관련된다.

5세 이내에 발병하며 정서장애나 환경요소의 변화에 반응하는 사회적 관계의 지속적 비정상성이
특징이다. (환경요소란 두려움 및 과경계, 동년배와의 나쁜 상호작용, 자신과 타인에 대한 공격성,
불행, 일부 경우에서 성장장애). 이 증상은 심한 부모의 학대, 욕설, 소홀함의 직접적 결과로 일어날
수 있다. 발육 및 성장지체에 연관된 부전증을 명시하고자 한다면 추가분류번호 사용.
