의미가 있습니다. 하나는 better than others, easily seen, 또
다른 하나는 not yet done (paid) 로서 여기에서는 후자쪽의
의미가 더 적당합니다. There are no outstanding problems.
=There are no problems that have to be solved. 라는 것입니다.
Both parties는 「계약의 담당자 쌍방」을 의미하며 한쪽은 one
party입니다.

할 만한 일인데, 본래 계약은 상호신뢰의 마음으로 이것을
이행하고, 문제가 있을 때에는 성심 성의껏 우호적인 마음으로
해결을 꾀하는 것이 원칙이며, 장난 삼아 위반에 대한 penalties?
주는 것은 바람직하지 않습니다. 계약의 조인식은 확실하게
입회인도 정해서 행하고, 그 후에 party나 기념회 luncheon을

「수정·개정」은 revisions, 추가」는 additions, insertions,
「삭제」는 subtractions, omissions, taking out, deletions
등입니다. 「가령, 우선」은 tentatively 외에 provisionally도
있습니다. Valid는 「효력이 있다」로 having effect,
effective라고도 합니다.

◆ make, form, fashion, construct, manufacture
make는 가장 일반적인 동사죠? 적용 범위가 가장 넓으며 만들다하는 뜻을 가집니다.
친구나 애인처럼 비물질적인 것도 포함합니다.
She makes all her own clothes because she doesn't have money to buy them.
그녀는 옷을 살 돈이 없어서 자기 옷은 모두 스스로 만든다.
I made friend with him : 나는 그와 친구가 되었다.
form은 외부에서 모양이나 구성을 부여하는 것을 말합니다.

fashion은 form과 비슷하지만 어떤 의도를 염두에 두고 형성하는 것입니다.
She fashioned hats for them out of newspapers : 그녀는 신문지로 사람들에게 줄 모자를 만들었 다.
construct는 설계나 계획에 맞추어 조립하여 만드는 것을 말합니다.
