lysosome (라이소좀, 용해 소체) 1. 전자현미경으로 여러형의 세포에서 볼수 있는 소체의 일
종으로, 여러 가수분 해 효소를 함유하고 있고, 정상에서는 국한 되어 있는 세포내 소화과정
에 관여한다. 2. 일반으로 대량의 가수분해 효소를 함유하고 있는 세포질 내막에 부착되어
있는 미립자를 말한다.
phagocytosis (식 작용, 탐식 반응) endocytosis of particulate material, such as
microorganisms or cell fragments. The material is taken into the cell in
membrane-bound vesicles (phagosomes) that originate as pinched off invaginations of
the plasma membrane. Phagosomes fuse with lysosomes, forming phagolysosomes in
which the engulfed material is killed and digested.
