리보금리(LIBOR. London Inter-bank Offered Rates):런던 금융시장에
소재하는 일류 은행간 금리로서 현지 은행간 거래, 은행과 고객과의 거래
등에 있어서 기준금리가 되며 세계 각국의 금리 결정에 주요 기준이 되는
금리 .

스프레드(spread):일반적으로 외환 및 금융시장에서 가격을 고시 할 때 bid
rate와 offered rate와의 차이를 의미 . 유로시장에서는 대출 이자율이
LIBOR+알파 로 표시되는 바 이 때의 알파를 의미. 대출 위험이 커질수록
알파가 커짐.

LIBOR는 국제금융거래에서 기준이 되는 금리로 미국, 영국, EU, 일본, 스위스 등이 지표금리로 활용했지만 현재 미국, 영국, EU 등은 무위험 지표금리를 신규 지표금리로 개발해 사용중이다.
