제127조 ①국가는 과학기술의 혁신과 정보 및 인력의 개발을 통하여 국민경제의 발전에 노력하여야 한다.
Article 127
(1) The state shall strive to develop the national economy by developing science and technology, information and human resources and encouraging innovation.
②국가는 국가표준제도를 확립한다.
(2) The state shall establish a system of national standards.
③대통령은 제1항의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요한 자문기구를 둘 수 있다.
(3) The President may establish advisory organizations necessary to achieve the purpose referred to in paragraph (1).

4.3 As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that Abc may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at Abc’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
