운용업계에서는 이번 개정에 따른 ETF발 삼성전자 현물 매수 유인이 발생할 것으로 전망한다.

Kim Yong-gu, a senior researcher at Hana Financial Investment, said, "The recent sudden weakening of the stock market has strengthened institutional in-kind sales," adding, "It is expected that the agency's sale of dividend purchase gain transactions will be exhausted sooner than expected."
한은은 "대내외 불확실성에 따른 일반기업의 현물환 매도 지연과 현금성 자산 확보, 증권사의 단기자금 예치 때문에 달러화 예금이 증가했다"고 설명했다.
The Bank of Korea explained, "Dollar deposits increased due to the delay in selling in-kind exchange by general companies due to internal and external uncertainties, securing cashable assets, and depositing short-term funds by securities firms."
김강립 복지부 차관은 "아동을 건강하게 키우고, 양육 부담을 효과적으로 덜기 위해서는 정부가 현금 지원과 현물 지원, 기반시설 구축을 균형적으로 추진할 필요가 있다"고 강조했다.
Vice Minister of Health and Welfare Kim Kang-rip emphasized, "In order to raise children in a healthy way and to reduce the burden of raising children effectively, the government needs to promote cash support, in-kind support, and infrastructure establishment in balance."
