[比較] suspect, surmise, suppose, suspicion
suspect는 경멸적인 뜻을 가진 말로, 충분하지 않은 증거를 가지고서 또는 전혀 증거 없이 ‘(죄가 있다고, 거짓이라고, 가짜라고, 바람직하지 않다고, 흠이 있다고, 나쁘다고) 상상하다’를 의미한다.
They suspected him of cheating at cards, but there was nothing to justify an open accusation./ He suspected that there was sabotage in connection with the fire.
surmise에는 suspect같이 추한 함축된 뜻은 없다. 다만 확실한 또는 강력한 증거도 없이 ‘생각하다, 추측하다’의 뜻이다.
I surmised that you were his son from your striking resemblance to him. suspect는 surmise의 뜻을 나타낼 수도 있지만, 나쁜 뜻을 나타내려고 하지 않는 경우에는, 후자가 모호하지 않으므로 그것을 쓰는 것이 좋다.
suppose는 참이든 아니든 관계없이, 논의를 위해서 또는 결론을 찾아내기 위해서 ‘추측하다, 생각으로 기울다, 관념을 가지다’, 또한 가설적으로 ‘가정하다’는 의미이다.

Basically, all disputes arising between the parties hereto in
connection with the Agreement shall be settled through
friendly consultations between the parties. In case no agreement
can be reached through consultations, all disputes, controversies
or differences which may arise between the parties out of or
in relation to or in connection with this Agreement or for the
breach thereof shall be finally settled by arbitration in Seoul,
Korea in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of
the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and under the Law of
the Republic of Korea. The award rendered by the arbitrator
shall be final and binding upon both parties concerned.
본 계약과 관련 하여 발생하는 분쟁에 대해서는 우선적으로 상호
우의적인 협상으로 해결한다. 만약 이러한 방법으로 분쟁이 해결되지
않을 때는 대한민국 서울특별시에서 대한상사중재원의 상사중재 규칙
및 대한민국 법에 따라 중재에 의하여 최종적으로 해결된다.
중재에 의하여 내려진 판결은 최종적이며 계약당사자 쌍방에 대하여
구속력을 갖는다.

(d) Abc referral Ads (“Referral Buttons”), each in connection with the Web site(s), media player(s), video content and/or mobile content that You designate, or such other properties expressly authorized in writing by Abc (including by electronic mail) (such other properties, “Other Properties”), and the Atom, RSS, or other feeds distributed through such Web site(s), media player(s), video content, mobile content and/or Other Properties (each such Web site, media player, video content, mobile content, Other Property or feed, a "Property").
4) Abc 추천 광고 ( 이하 “ 추천 버튼 ”), 이들 각각은 귀하가 지정한 웹사이트, 미디어 플레이어, 비디오 컨텐츠 및 / 또는 모바일 컨텐츠 관련하여 또는 Abc가 서면 ( 이메일 포함 ) 으로 명백히 승인한 그러한 기타 자산 (properties)( 그러한 기타 자산, 이하 “ 다른 자산 ”), 그리고 Atom, RSS 또는 그러한 웹사이트, 미디어 플레이어, 비디오 컨텐츠, 모바일 컨텐츠 및 / 또는 다른 자산을 통하여 배포된 기타 피드 (feeds), 미디어 플레이어, 비디오 컨텐츠, 모바일 컨텐츠 및 / 또는 다른 자산 ( 그러한 각각의 웹사이트, 미디어 플레이어, 비디오 컨텐츠, 모바일 컨텐츠, 다른 자산 또는 피드, 이하 “ 자산 ”).

2. Implementation and Operation of Ads, Search Results, and Referrals.

You agree to comply with the specifications provided by Abc from time to time to enable proper delivery, display, tracking, and reporting of Ads, Links, Search Results, Referral Buttons, and Abc Brand Features (as defined in Section 12 below) in connection with Your Property(ies), including without limitation by not modifying the JavaScript or other programming provided to You by Abc in any way, unless expressly authorized in writing by Abc (including by electronic mail).
귀하는, 귀하의 자산과 관련하여 광고, 링크, 검색결과, 추천버튼 및 Abc 브랜드 표시 ( 이하 12 항에서 정의됩니다 ) 를 적절히 제공, 게재, 추적 및 보고할 수 있도록 Abc가 수시로 제공하는 세부요건 (specification) 을 준수하기로 동의합니다. 이에는 Abc가 서면 ( 이메일 포함 ) 으로 명백히 승인하지 않는 한, Abc가 귀하에게 제공한 자바스크립트 (JavaScript) 또는 다른 프로그래밍을 어떠한 방식으로도 수정하지 않는 것도 포함되며 이에 한정되지는 않습니다 .

All content and Property-based Ads (and Ads served in response to end user clicks on and queries entered into Links, if any) shall be grouped by Abc and displayed with Links (where applicable) to end users of the Property(ies) as ad units (such groups of Ads and/or Links collectively referred to as "Ad Units") in standard formats as offered generally by Abc from time to time, as may be described in the FAQ.

You may select a format approved by Abc for the display of Ad Units in connection with the Property(ies), but You acknowledge and agree that Ads and/or Links: (i) shall only be displayed in connection with the Property(ies), each of which is subject to review and approval by Abc in its discretion at any time; and (ii) shall be subject to the placement guidelines set forth herein.

You agree to comply with the specifications provided by Abc from time to time to enable proper tracking and reporting of Referral Events in connection with Your Property.
귀하는 귀하의 자산과 관련하여 추천이벤트의 적절한 추적 및 보고를 위해 Abc가 수시로 제공하는 세부요건을 준수하는데에 동의합니다.
You shall not promote or facilitate a Referral Event by any means other than displaying a Referral Button on the Property, unless expressly authorized in writing by Abc (including by electronic mail).
Abc가 서면 ( 이메일 포함 ) 으로 명백히 승인하지 않는다면, 귀하는 자산에 추천버튼을 게시하는 방법 이외에는 추천이벤트를 홍보 또는 조장해서는 안 됩니다.

All Ads (including Ads served in response to end user clicks on and queries entered into Links, if any) shall be (1) grouped by Abc and displayed with Links (where applicable) to end users of the Property(ies) as Ad Unit(s) or (2) pre-, post- or interstitial roll in connection with third party video content, in each case in standard formats as offered generally by Abc from time to time, as may be further described in the applicable policies.

You acknowledge and agree that the Ads will be displayed on the Property in a video format approved by Abc, and that such Ads: (i) shall only be displayed in connection with the Property(ies) and non-advertisement video content (collectively “Video Media”), all of which is subject to review and approval by Abc in its discretion at any time; and (ii) shall only be requested in connection with end user initiated Video Media. In addition, You agree that You may only display one (1) Ad Unit within Your media player at any single time, unless otherwise approved by Abc in writing.

You agree not to display on the same Web page in connection with which any Ad Unit, Ad, Link, Search Box, or Referral Button is displayed (a "Serviced Page") any advertisement(s) or content that an end user of Your Property(ies) would reasonably confuse with a Abc advertisement or otherwise associate with Abc.
귀하는 광고 단위, 광고, 링크, 검색상자, 또는 추천버튼이 게재된 사이트와 관련하여 동일한 웹페이지 (“ 서비스 페이지 ”) 에, 귀하 자산의 최종 이용자가 Abc광고와 혼동을 일으키거나 또는 Abc과 연관지을 수 있는 어떠한 광고나 컨텐츠도 게재하지 않기로 동의합니다.
Certain Abc services available as part of the Program may contain filtering capability, such as SafeSearch or AdSafe, that You may access through Your account.

3. Communications Solely With Abc.

You agree to direct to Abc, and not to any advertiser, any communication regarding any Ad(s) or Link(s) displayed in connection with Your Property(ies).
귀하는 귀하 자산에 관련하여 게재된 광고나 링크 관련 모든 커뮤니케이션을 광고주가 아니라 Abc와 한다는 점에 동의합니다 .

9. No Warranty.

Abc makes no warranty, express or implied, including without limitation with respect to advertising, links, search, referrals, and other services, and expressly disclaims the warranties or conditions of noninfringement, merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose.
Abc는 어떠한 명시적 또는 암묵적 보증 ( 광고, 링크, 검색, 추천 및 기타 서비스 관련 보증을 포함하지만 이에 한정되지 않음 ) 을 하지 않고, 비침해, 상품성 그리고 특정 목적에 대한 적합성에 대한 보증 또는 조건을 명시적으로 부인합니다.
To the extent ads, links, and search results are based on or displayed in connection with non-Abc content, Abc shall not have any liability in connection with the display of such ads, links, and search results.
광고, 링크 및 검색결과가 Abc 이외의 컨텐츠와 관련하여 게재되거나 이에 기반한 경우, Abc는 그러한 광고, 링크 및 검색결과 게재 관련 어떠한 책임도 부담하지 않습니다 .

11. Payment.

You shall receive a payment related to the number of valid clicks on Ads, the number of valid impressions of Ads, the number of valid completions of Referral Events initiated through Referral Buttons displayed in connection with Your Property(ies), and/or other events performed in connection with the display of Ads on Your Property(ies), in each case as determined by Abc for its participants in the Program.
귀하는 귀하의 자산 및 / 또는 ( 귀하의 자산에 광고가 게재되는 것 관련하여 이행되는 ) 기타 이벤트와 관련하여 게재되는, 광고에 대한 유효 클릭수, 광고의 유효 노출수, 추천버튼을 통하여 개시된 추천 이벤트의 유효 완료수에 따라 지불금원을 받습니다.
각 경우 유효 클릭수와 유효 노출수 등은 Abc가 측정합니다.

Abc reserves the right to withhold payment or charge back Your account due to any of the foregoing or any breach of this Agreement by You, pending Abc's reasonable investigation of any of the foregoing or any breach of this Agreement by You, or in the event that an advertiser whose Ads are displayed in connection with Your Property(ies) defaults on payment for such Ads to Abc.
Abc는 전술한 사항 또는 귀하의 본 계약 위반으로 인한 Abc의 합리적인 조사가 진행되는 동안, 또는 귀하의 자산과 관련하여 자신의 광고가 게재되는 광고주가 Abc에게 해당 광고에 대한 지불을 이행하지 않을 경우, 지불을 보류하거나 귀하의 계정에 거꾸로 지불요구를 할 수 있는 권한을 보유합니다.

In addition, if You are past due on any payment to Abc in connection with any Abc program (including without limitation the Abc AdWords program), Abc reserves the right to withhold payment until all outstanding payments have been made or to offset amounts owed to You in connection with the Program by amounts owed by You to Abc.
나아가, 귀하가 어느 Abc 프로그램 ( Abc 애드워즈 프로그램을 포함하되 이에 한정되지 않음 ) 과 관련하여 Abc에 지불해야 하는 금원을 연체할 경우, Abc는 미지불 금원이 완납될 때까지 귀하에 대한 지불을 보류하거나, 프로그램 관련하여 귀하에 지불할 금원을 귀하가 Abc에 지불할 금원으로 상계할 수 있는 권한을 보유합니다.

You agree to pay all applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity in connection with Your participation in the Program.
귀하는 귀하의 프로그램 참여와 관련하여 정부기관이 부과하는 모든 해당 세금 또는 부과금을 귀하가 지불한다는 점에 동의합니다.

From time to time Abc may be holding funds, payments and other amounts due to You in connection with the Xyz Program.
Abc는 Xyz 프로그램 관련하여, 귀하의 계정이 휴면상태 ( 이하 정의됨 ) 이므로 귀하에게 지급하거나 제공될 수 없는, 귀하에게 지불할 자금, 지불금원 그리고 기타 금원을 수시로 보유할 수 있습니다.

11.2 You agree that this licence includes a right for Abc to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom Abc has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services.
