M&A는 Merger And Acquisition의 앞자를 딴 것 입니다. Merger는
'합병'을 뜻하는 말입니다. Acquisition은 '획득하다'는 뜻이 있고 획
득하다(acquire) 라는 동사의 명사형입니다. 그러니까 Merger And Ac-
