→ 「버스를 타고 출근하다」는 go to work by bus「저녁 늦게 까지」는 till late in the evening ( till late at night이 아님을 유의.)
→ 「퇴근하다」- leave one's office, come back from one's office, come (back)home from work
→ 「~한 후 바로」- as soon as, no sooner ~than, the moment, instantly
→ 「이따금」- occasionally, now and then, at times, once in a while
→ 「연휴」- consecutive holidays
(ANS 1) Occasional consecutive holidays are the most pleasant thing to those who go to work in a crowded bus in the morning. Work till late in the evening, leave their office, and go to bed immediately after supper.
(ANS 2) Perhaps nothing is more pleasant than occasional consecutive holidays for those who go through the routine of going to work in a crowded bus in the morning. Continuing to work till late in the evening, coming back home and immediately after supper, going to bed.

Let me firm it up with home office first before I put my name on any contract, okay?

Yoday the whole office is going to be fumigated, so go home early.

Nearly two-thirds of the world's population live under night skies polluted by light.
In most heavily urbanized regions, it no longer really gets dark because of street lamps, security lights, searchlights, office lights and neon signs.
In a natural night sky, someone looking at the heavens with the unaided eye should be able to see nearly 3,500 stars and planets and the glow from the Milky Way, our home galaxy.
But in large cities, the number of visible stars has fallen to a few dozen.
This stunning drop has made it impossible to grow up being exposed to the natural beauty and inspiration of the night sky.

A young accountant stayed late at the office day after day. Finally, the boss called
him in and asked for an explanation.
"Well, you see, sir," he stammered, "my wife works, too, and if I get home before she
does, I have to fix dinner."

When I telephoned my sister's house from my office, her teen-age son
informed me she wasn't home. I knew from past experience that leaving
a message to return my call would be futile. "Do me a favor, Eric,"
I said. "Move the tea kettle from the stove to the coffee table.
When your mother asks what it's doing there, tell her I told you to do
it and she should call me to find out why."
Later on I had to leave the office, and I returned to find my wastebasket
perched on top of my desk. "Why is this here?" I asked the secretary.
"Your sister returned your call," she replied.

When Dan, the son of a friend of mine, started his own business at the age
of 21, his parents helped by buying him some supplies. Included was a phone
with a ten-number memory-dialing feature.
One day as my friend was waiting for his son in the young man's new office,
he noticed that Dan had programmed the phone with the most important numbers.
At the top of the list was the label: Food. Curious, my friend picked up
the receiver and pressed the first button. His wife answered the phone
from home.

One evening my husband's golfing buddy drove his secretary home after she
had imbibed a little too much at an office reception. Although this was
an innocent gesture, he decided not to mention it to his wife, who tended
to get jealous easily.
Later that night my husband's friend and his wife were driving to a
restaurant. Suddenly he looked down and spotted a high-heel shoe half
hidden under the passenger seat. Not wanting to be conspicuous, he waited
until his wife was looking out her window before he scooped up the shoe
and tossed it out of the car. With a sigh of relief, he pulled into the
restaurant parking lot. That's when he noticed his wife squirming around
in her seat. "Honey," she asked, "have you seen my other shoe?"

He has, we may suppose, a charming house, a charming wife, and charming
children. He wakes up early in the morning while they are still asleep
and hurries off to his office.
There it is his duty to display the qualities of a great executive; he
cultivates a firm jaw, a decisive manner of speech, and an air of
sagacious reserve calculated to impress everybody except the office boy.
He dictates letters, converses with various important persons on the
phone, studies the market, and presently has lunch with some person
with whom he is conducting or hoping to conduct a deal.
The same sort of thing goes on all the afternoon. He arrives home, tired,
just in time to dress for dinner. At dinner he and a number of other
tired men have to pretend to enjoy the company of ladies who have no
occasion to feel tired yet. How many hours it may take the poor man
to escape, it is impossible to foresee.

As far a corporate criminal behavior goes, writing personal correspondence
on company letterhead ranks pretty low on the scoundrel list - one step
above taking home an office pen.

We often hear that high achievers are hard-working people who bring work
home and labor over it until bedtime. When Garfield interviewed top
people in major industries, however, he found that they knew how to relax
and could leave their work at the office. They also spent a healthy
amount of time with their family and friends. Successful people are
willing to work hard, but within strict limits. For them, work is not
everything. Will you work hard all the time?

It takes about one hour from my home to the office by subway.
From home to the office it takes me about an hour altogether.

Utilizing the outgoing gangster film trend to its advantage, the comic gang action "For the Glory of My Family" rose to become the biggest box-office seller with 5.1 million tickets sold nationwide.
Next was "The Way Home," a nostalgic drama on the love between a rural grandma and her grandson, which sold more than 4 million tickets.
Except for these two leading films, only two local films―"Public Enemy" and "2009 Lost Memories"―attracted more than 2 million viewers.

Frank, I hear that you are heading up

We're trying to keep that under the radar until he officially announces.

In fact, we're not even working

Where are you working from?
The basement of my house.

He propositioned you?
Called me into his office,

Put his hand on my knee,

So he starts sliding his hand up my thigh.
So I stood up and I tell him I should get back to work.
He says, "Stay."
He unbuckled his belt.
Did you?
No, I walked out of the office and got back to my tables.
Next day, I came into work, told me to go home.
I was fired.

It was all right. How does this work?
I pick you up at your home in the morning and escort you to your office.
Then I pick you up at your office at night and escort you to your home.
I'm with you any place that's an unsecured area.
What's an unsecured area?
Anyplace that isn't your home or your office.

Roh Hyung-wook, head of the Office for Government Policy Coordination, issued a warning once again, saying, "Virtual currency is not a legal currency and no one guarantees its value, which could cause losses due to significant fluctuations in prices due to illegal activities, speculative demand and changes in the regulatory environment at home and abroad."

By occupation, 65.7% of the living types were taken up such as designated drivers, couriers, home side jobs, and office assistance.

According to the information released, Busan's third confirmed patient spent all the time at home on the 20th and visited the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education at 1:40 p.m. on the 21st when the symptoms occurred.

Professor Heo said, "If office workers in their 30s repeat drinking alcohol and returning home late at a consecutive year-end dinner and then bleeding from the anus after morning bowel movements, it could be an internal hemorrhoid bleeding."

As a result, out of the 3,000 employees working at the headquarter in New York, non-essential personnel will work from home starting next week, except for some who will need to work in the office.

Yes, e-commerce was a good thing, at first. Last holiday season, my
wife, Alice, and I bought online most of the gifts we needed to send to
my Midwestern homeland. There was one glitch. We don't have a home
Internet connection, so I had to conduct the transactions from the
office. (Hey, the boss doesn't read this stuff, does he?)

That challenge of imagination has been taken up with enthusiasm by
today's computer science researchers, though they are following somewhat
different paths.
At PARC and SRI, several experiments revolve around the creation of a
living laboratory, where computing is diffused into everyday objects.
Those objects are then interconnected and linked to an information
network -- like the Internet or a local network within a home or office
-- running continuously in the background. It's a vision of how your
refrigerator might someday call you in the car to say ``the milk is
spoiled, bring more home'' or how your laptop could print out a document
by simply tapping the case against a printer.
