19CFR354에서는 APO(행정보호명령)을 어겼을 경우의 여러 가지 제재수단
을 규정하고 있다. 여기에는 APO을 위반하였을 경우의 경고기준을 명시하고
있으며, 아래에서 설명할 기타 상황에 대하여 언급하고 있다. 또 위반이 의심
되는 경우에 대한 조사절차와 제재의 부과를 단순화하고 그 조사를 간략히
하는 기준을 설정하고 있으며 그리고 상무부가 제재 대신에 경고를 발할
경우 등을 결정하는 지침 등을 규정하고 있다. 이 규정으로 사건 해결에
관련된 조항 등이 관행과 일치되도록 수정된다. 행정명령을 위반하였을 때의
고발장을 철회하는 절차도 단순하게 되었다. 일몰규정은 고발장의 철회에
대해 규정하고 있다.

3. Language of the Terms
3. ‘약관’의 언어
3.1 Where Abc has provided you with a translation of the English language version of the Terms, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the Terms will govern your relationship with Abc.
3.1 Abc가 귀하에게 ‘약관’ 영문 버전의 번역문을 제공한 경우에도, 귀하는 번역문이 귀하의 편의를 위하여 제공되었을 뿐이며 ‘약관’의 영문 버전이 귀하와 Abc의 관계에 적용된다는데 동의합니다.
3.2 If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms says and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence.

20.2 The Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and Abc and govern your use of the Services (but excluding any services which Abc may provide to you under a separate written agreement), and completely replace any prior agreements between you and Abc in relation to the Services.

You and Abc agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Abc shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
20.7 ‘약관’, 그리고 ‘약관’상의 Abc와 귀하의 관계는 캘리포니아 주 법률(국제사법은 제외)의 적용을 받습니다. 귀하와 Abc는 ‘약관’으로부터 발생하는 모든 법적 문제를 해결하기 위하여 캘리포니아 산타 클라라(Santa Clara) 카운티 내에 소재하는 법원을 전속적 관할법원으로 하기로 합니다. 다만, 위 규정에 불구하고, 귀하는, Abc가 여전히 어느 국가에서든지 보전처분(또는 그에 상당하는 형태의 긴급한 법적 구제수단)을 신청할 수 있다는데 동의합니다.
