A good value for my money
Personal qualities are personal characteristics of an individual.
They are what make up one's personality.
They help a person get along in a new situation.
For example, trust and patience are qualities that employers would like a good worker to have.
Other qualities employers value are:
honesty, flexibility, problem solving, friendliness, intelligence, leadership, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humor.
Most employers want people who are dependable and who get along with others.
Though skills are important, an employer will select new employees based on their personal qualities as well.
개인의 자질은 개인의 개별적인 특성이다.
그것은 사람의 성격을 구성하는 것이다.
그것이 사람이 새로운 상황에서 잘 살아가도록 도와준다.
