In the middle of my solo G.P. practice (before I retired), I
noticed that my patient load had dropped more than 50
percent in a very short period. When I investigated, I found
my receptionist had informed patients calling for an
appointment that I was fully booked for weeks, or I no
longer saw new patients for various reasons. None of this was
true.

아주 단기간에 반 이상이나 준 사실을 알게 되었습니다. 그래서
알아보니, 우리 접수계원이 예약을 위해 전화한 환자들에게
내가 여러 주 동안 예약이 꽉 찼다고 하거나 여러가지 이유로
더 이상 새로운 환자를 볼 수 없다고 했다는 것입니다.
그러나 그것은 전혀 사실이 아니었지요.
