Dear sir,
Application for the post of Personal Secretary I have seen your advertisement for the post of personal secretary (PS68) in today's Daily News.
I am very keen to apply for this position and therefore now have pleasure in enclosing a copy of my curriculum vitae for your consideration.
My main reason for wishing to change my present employment is that I wish to widen my experience and am anxious to work for a firm that is trading with Western Europe.

저는 이 비서직에 응시하기를 바라고 있으며, 그래서 이력서 사본을 동봉해 보내 드리오니 참고해 주십시오.
제가 현직을 바꿔 보려는 주된 이유는 경험을 보다 넓히고 서유럽 무역 거래 회사에서 일하기를 원하기 때문입니다.
제 이력서에 나타나 있듯이 1989년부터 1992년까지 저는 런던에서 영어를 공부하였기 때문에 영어를 자유자재로 구사할 수 있습니다.

미해결인 문제는 없습니다.

여기에서 사용되고 있는 outstanding 이라는 단어에는 2개의
의미가 있습니다. 하나는 better than others, easily seen, 또
다른 하나는 not yet done (paid) 로서 여기에서는 후자쪽의
의미가 더 적당합니다. There are no outstanding problems.
=There are no problems that have to be solved. 라는 것입니다.
Both parties는 「계약의 담당자 쌍방」을 의미하며 한쪽은 one
party입니다.
Dialogue
CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT
Mr. Lee: I think we've finally reached the stage where we can
conclude a business agreement.
Mr. West: Right. There are no outstanding problems as far as
I can see.
Mr. Lee: All that remains is to sign the document.
Mr. West: Yes. I don't think any important items have been
left out.
Mr. Lee: I agree, but we can change minor details later, if
both parties agree to it.

Mr. Lee: I'm sure you want to do it as soon as possible. But
we need a little ceremony, and my boss wants to attend the
