가운데 국가부도위기에 직면한 아르헨티나의 국가신용등급을 3차례에 걸쳐
하향 조정했다. 또한 아르헨티나는 무디스로부터 한 차례 등급 하향조정을
당했으며 지난 11월 6일에는 S&P가 아르헨의 장기신용등급을 선택적
디폴트(SD)로 하향 조정한 바 있다. 또한 인도네시아는 내년까지 상환해야
하는 8,500만불에 대한 디폴트 위험 성으로 인해 신용등급이 내려갔다.
