A European Union appeals court has upheld a landmark antitrust ruling against Microsoft.

For instance, as a woman, I would be surprised if a man gave up seat for me.

This means that we think in this way:

Boys often use commands when they talk to each other.

For instance, when a boy is captain he might say, "You go first. Don't wait for me."

As the leader of the other boys, he tells them exactly what to do.

But when a girl wants to influence her friends, she uses different forms of language.

Instead of using commands, she will say, "Let's try it this way. Let's do this."

This is how she tries to direct the other girls without sounding bossy.

By using the form "let's," she also emphasizes the fact that the girls all belong to the same group.
"Let's"의 형식을 사용하여 그녀는 또한 여자아이들 모두가 똑같은 집단에 속해있다는 사실을 또한 강조하고 있다.

In the first conception, truth takes shape in the mind of the observer: it is his imaginative grasp of what might be true that provides the incentive for finding out, so far as he can, what is true.

Meanwhile, the 1st Division of the Civil Affairs Office of the Seoul Central District Court ruled against the plaintiff contrary to the ruling of the first instance in a lawsuit filed against the Samsung Life Insurance Public Interest Foundation and the country by the family of MERS 'patient 104' A.

CHAPTER III ENTRUSTMENT BY FOREIGN COUNTRY
제11조 (관할법원) 외국으로부터의 촉탁은 송달촉탁의 경우에는 송달을 할
장소,증거조사 촉탁의 경우에는 증인의 주소 또는 증거물 기타 검증·감정목적물의
소재지를관할하는 제1심 법원이 관할한다.
Article 11 (Competent Court)
Any entrustment by a foreign country shall fall under the jurisdiction of
the court in the first instance which has jurisdiction over the place where
service is made, in a case of service entrustment, and has the jurisdiction
over the domicile of the witness or the seat of evidence and other objects
to be verified or appraised, in a case of entrustment as to an examination
of evidence.
