Sleepwalking and sleep-talking seem to be different sleep disorders.
Sleepwalkers are capable of walking down stairs or out of doors, all the while remaining fast asleep.
Sleep-talkers, in contrast, stay still, but they effortlessly carry on long conversations.
To be sure, what they say doesn't make any sense.
Yet despite the differences, there are some similarities between the two sleep disorders.
During their walking or talking hours, neither sleepwalkers nor sleep-talkers remember what happened the night before.
Also, both disorders appear to be passed down from parents to children.

걷거나 말하는 동안 이 사람들은 전 날 밤 어떤 일이 일어났는지 기억하지 못한다.
또한 이러한 수면장애는 둘 다 유전되는 것 같다.
