신고된 업체는 즉시 조사하며 위법사항이 발견될 경우 '전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률' '약사법'에 따라 과태료부과, 형사고발 등 강력한 조치를 시행할 방침이다.

Online shopping rose 11 percent last week, marking the biggest weekly
jump since the beginning of November, according to Nielsen/NetRatings'

private sector in response to market forces.
