2. These warranty conditions are effective from October, 19..., as the
date of repair. Warranty claims regarding the above mentioned vehicles
should be submitted through the Brussels Liaison Office. You are
requested to bear the costs incurred for repairs of vehicles except
those covered by this warranty policy.

As you analyze the prices or costs used to support an allegation of sales at less than fair
value, particular attention should be paid to the support documentation for the alleged
prices or costs and any adjustments claimed as the petition must be "reasonably supported
by the facts alleged," H.R. Rep. No 317, 96th Congress, 1st Sess. 51 (1979) (HRR). This
means that the mere furnishing of documentation is not necessarily sufficient and that the
DOC should be able to seek additional data where support for a specific allegation is
weak or the information appears aberrational. Support documentation should include the
identification of sources and an explanation of how the information was obtained. For
example, an affidavit from a company official describing call reports from sales
representatives reporting lost sales in the United States may be used to support United
States price data. Price lists used should include effective dates or be supported with a
statement indicating the time period covered by the price lists. Price data should be as
current as possible, usually within a year of the anticipated filing date. Prices used as the
bases for normal value (NV) and export price (EP) and constructed export price (CEP)
should reflect contemporaneous periods of time. Currency-conversion rates used should
be included and the source of these rates should be given. See the antidumping (AD)
initiation checklist in section VII of this chapter for a complete listing of all areas that
need to be analyzed.
공정가격이하 판매를 주장하기 위하여 사용된 가격이나 원가를 분석할
때에는 제시된 가격이나 원가에 대한 근거서류에 특별한 관심을 기울여
야 하며, 신청서의 어떠한 조정도 H.R.Rep.No317, 96th Congress, 1st

사용된 가격 목록에는 유효일자와 기간이 명시되어야 한다. 가격자료는
가능한 최근 것이 좋고, 통상 예정된 신청일자를 기준으로 1년이내의 자료
이어야 한다. 정상가격(NV), 수출가격(EV), 구성수출가격(CEV)에는 같은
가격이 사용되어야 하며, 사용된 환율 및 근거자료가 명시되어야 한다.

체크리스트를 참고하라.

This Agreement shall become effective upon signing and shall
continue in full force and effect for a period of two(2) years
from the date hereof, unless earlier terminated pursuant to
Article xxxxx, and shall thereafter be automatically extended
for successive two(2) years unless, three(3) months prior to
the expiration of the term, a notice of intention to finally
terminate is given in writing by one party to the other.
