awarded high marks to eToys, Nordstrom Inc (NYSE:JWN - news) and Sparks.
The worst sites included those of Best Buy Co. Inc. and Cosmetics
Counter, according to the survey.
이번 조사 결과 아마존(Amazon.com)과 가든(Garden.com)이 최우수업체로
나타났다. 이토이즈(eToys)와 노드스트롬(Nordstrom), 스파크(Sparks)가
비교적 우수한 등급을 받았다. 최악의 사이트로는 베스트 바이(Best Buy),
코즈메틱스 카운터(Cosmetics Counter) 등이 꼽혔다.

``The average shoppers aren't techies, and they won't tolerate an
inferior customer experience,'' said Nancy Kramer, CEO of Resource.
``E-retailers need to understand that negative customer experiences will
cause consumers to shift their loyalty to other companies.''
