간단한 용지에 각 조항별로 써서 양측의 출석자가 사인하고 그
복사본을 보관합니다. 이것이 계속 모아지면 계약서가 되는
것입니다. 말했다, 말하지 않았다 식의 결말이 나지 않는 논쟁을
방지함과 동시에 말한 내용에 대한 책임 소재를 명확하게 한다는
