2. 광고, 검색결과, 추천의 이행 및 운영.
You agree to comply with the specifications provided by Abc from time to time to enable proper delivery, display, tracking, and reporting of Ads, Links, Search Results, Referral Buttons, and Abc Brand Features (as defined in Section 12 below) in connection with Your Property(ies), including without limitation by not modifying the JavaScript or other programming provided to You by Abc in any way, unless expressly authorized in writing by Abc (including by electronic mail).
귀하는, 귀하의 자산과 관련하여 광고, 링크, 검색결과, 추천버튼 및 Abc 브랜드 표시 ( 이하 12 항에서 정의됩니다 ) 를 적절히 제공, 게재, 추적 및 보고할 수 있도록 Abc가 수시로 제공하는 세부요건 (specification) 을 준수하기로 동의합니다. 이에는 Abc가 서면 ( 이메일 포함 ) 으로 명백히 승인하지 않는 한, Abc가 귀하에게 제공한 자바스크립트 (JavaScript) 또는 다른 프로그래밍을 어떠한 방식으로도 수정하지 않는 것도 포함되며 이에 한정되지는 않습니다 .

You agree to comply with the specifications provided by Abc from time to time to enable proper tracking and reporting of Referral Events in connection with Your Property.
귀하는 귀하의 자산과 관련하여 추천이벤트의 적절한 추적 및 보고를 위해 Abc가 수시로 제공하는 세부요건을 준수하는데에 동의합니다.
You shall not promote or facilitate a Referral Event by any means other than displaying a Referral Button on the Property, unless expressly authorized in writing by Abc (including by electronic mail).
Abc가 서면 ( 이메일 포함 ) 으로 명백히 승인하지 않는다면, 귀하는 자산에 추천버튼을 게시하는 방법 이외에는 추천이벤트를 홍보 또는 조장해서는 안 됩니다.

Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing (including by electronic mail), payments to You shall be sent by Abc within approximately thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar month that Ads or Referral Buttons are running on Your Property or that Ads are running on Search Results Pages if Your earned balance is $100 or more.
쌍방이 서면 ( 이메일 포함 ) 으로 동의하지 않는 한, 귀하의 수익이 미화 100 달러 이상일 경우, Abc는 광고 또는 추천버튼이 귀하의 자산에 게재되거나 또는 해당 광고가 검색결과 페이지에 게재되었던 해당 월 말로부터 약 30 일 이내에 지불금원을 귀하에 보내드립니다.

The payments made under this Agreement are for use by You only and may not be transferred or in any manner passed on to any third party (i.e., distributed to Properties managed by You that require separate payments) unless expressly authorized in writing by Abc (including by electronic mail).
Abc가 명시적으로 서면 ( 이메일 포함 ) 승인하지 않는 한, 본 계약 하에서의 지불금원은 귀하만의 사용을 위한 것이며, 어떠한 방식으로든 제 3 자에게 이전되거나 여하의 방식으로 전해질 수 없습니다 ( 예컨대, 귀하가 관리하는, 별도의 지불을 필요로 하는 자산에 배분 ).

20.3 You agree that Abc may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email, regular mail, or postings on the Services.
