BIS 자기자본 비율 (바젤 기준):국제 결제은행(Bank for International
Settlement)이 은행들의 국제적인 신용 질서 유지를 위해 제정한 자기 자본
비율 규제에 관한 국제적 통일 기준으로서 최근 8%가 통용되고 있음. 각
대출자산을 위험 요소를 감안하여 평가한 위험가중 평균자산에 대한
자기자본의 비율.

IMF구제금융:지원강도에 따라 3가지로 나뉜다. 가장 약한 것이 '스탠바이
크레디트'로 단기저리자금을 융자하는 제도다. 우리돈으로 IMF의
특별인출권(SDR)을 사면 된다. SDR은 국제적으로 유통되므로 결국 외화를
빌리는 것과 같은 효과를 낸다. 금리는 SDR금리가 적용되는데 최근은
4.23%수준이다. 다음으로 강도가 센 것이 '어퍼 크레디트협정'
'긴급차입협정'이다.이때 IMF외에도 국제결제은행(BIS)
세계은행(IBRD)아시아개발은행(ABD)등 국제기구들이 함께 나선다.
