AP통신은 13일 이 같은 소식을 전하며 새 약물 검사 협약은 2020년 스프링캠프부터 발효된다고 전했다.
The Associated Press reported on the 13th that the new drug testing agreement would begin to take effect in Spring Camp in 2020.

캘리포니아주와 오리건주에서 해외여행이나 확진자와의 긴밀한 접촉 없이 코로나19 양성 반응을 보인 환자가 한 명씩 나왔다고 AP통신이 28일 보도했다.
The Associated Press reported on the 28th that patients occurred, one each in California and Oregon, who were tested positive of Covid-19 but had not traveled abroad or had any close contact with a confirmed case.

The negotiators had worked through the night Thursday and for most of
Friday, struggling to overcome differences between nations. Four working
groups covering different areas of the proposed negotiations had managed
to produce a 15-page draft document.
That document, a copy of which was obtained by The Associated Press,
indicated that if all countries agreed, the WTO was ready to launch a
limited round of talks.
대표단은 2일 밤을 꼬박 새우고 3일에도 대부분 각국의 이견을 좁히기 위한
협상에 매달렸다. 4개 실무협상 그룹은 15쪽 분량의 합의 초안을 만드는데
성공했는데, 이 방안에 모든 회원국이 동의했다면 WTO는 비록 제한적이지만
'뉴 라운드 협상'의 출범을 선언했을 것으로 보인다.
