For market economy cases, to calculate normal value based on sales in the home market, the

제7조 (번역문의 첨부) ①외국법원 기타 공무소에 대하여 사법공조를 촉탁하는
경우에는 그 외국의 공용어로 된 촉탁서 기타 관계서류의 번역문을 첨부하여야
한다. 다만, 그 외국의 공용어를 알 수 없는 경우에는 영어로 된 번역문을
첨부할 수 있다.
Article 7 (Appending of Translation)
(1) In a case where a judicial cooperation is entrusted to a court or a
public office of a foreign country, the translation of the written
entrustment and other related documents in the official language of the
foreign country shall be appended: Provided, That if such official language
of the foreign country is not known, it may be allowed to append a
translation in English.
②당사자는 수소법원에 제출하여야 할 외국으로의 촉탁관계서류에 번역문을
첨부하여야 한다.
(2) The party shall append a translation to the entrustment-related
documents to a foreign country, which are to be submitted to the court
which has accepted the lawsuit.
③송달받을 자가 외국인으로서 제5조제2항제2호의 규정에 의하여 그 외국의
승인에 따라 그 외국에 주재하는 대한민국의 대사·공사 또는 영사를 실시기관으로
하여송달을 촉탁하는 경우에 그 송달할 서류에 관하여는 제1항 및 제2항의
규정을준용한다.
(3) In a case where a person to whom the related documents are to be
served, is a foreigner, and he entrusts the ambassador, minister or consul
of the Republic of Korea in the foreign country, that he is deemed as an
implementing agency, with a service thereof with the approval of the
foreign country under 2 of Article 5 (2) 2, the provisions of paragraphs
(1) and (2) shall apply mutatis mutandis to such documents to be served.
④제1항 및 제3항의 규정에 의하여 번역문을 첨부함에 따른
번역비용은소송비용으로 한다.
(4) The expenses for translation incurred under paragraphs (1) and (3)
shall be part of the costs of the lawsuit.

라. 판ㆍ시트(sheet)ㆍ스트립ㆍ박(箔)
(d) Plates, sheets, strip and foil
"판·시트(sheet)·스트립·박(箔)"이란 평판 모양의 제품(가공하지 않은 물품은 제외한다)으로서 코일 모양인지에 상관없으며, 횡단면에 중공(中空)이 없는 직사각형(정사각형은 제외한다)인 것(마주보는 두 변이 볼록한 호(弧) 모양이고, 다른 두 변은 직선이고, 길이가 같고 평행한 "변형된 직사각형"을 포함한다)으로 둥근 모양의 모서리를 가지는 것인지에 상관없으며 두께가 균일한 것으로서 다음과 같은 것을 말한다. － 직사각형(정사각형을 포함한다) 모양인 것은 두께가 폭의 10분의 1 이하인 것으로 한정한다. - 직사각형이나 정사각형이 아닌 다른 모양의 것은 그 크기에 상관없다. 다만, 다른 호에 해당하는 물품이나 제품의 특성이 있는 것은 제외한다. 판ㆍ시트(sheet)ㆍ스트립ㆍ박(箔)이 분류되는 호는 특히 판ㆍ시트(sheet)ㆍ스트립ㆍ박(箔)으로서 무늬가 있는 것[예: 홈·리브(rib)ㆍ체크무늬ㆍ물방울무늬ㆍ단추무늬ㆍ마름모꼴무늬]과 이것에 구멍을 뚫은 것·물결 모양을 낸 것·연마한 것이나 도포한 것에 적용한다. 다만, 다른 호에 해당하는 물품이나 제품의 특성이 있는 것은 제외한다.
Flat-surfaced products (other than the unwrought products), coiled or not, of solid rectangular (other than square) cross-section with or without rounded corners (including “modified rectangles” of which two opposite sides are convex arcs, the other two sides being straight, of equal length and parallel) of a uniform thickness, which are :- of rectangular (including square) shape with a thickness not exceeding one-tenth of the width;- of a shape other than rectangular or square, of any size, provided that they do not assume the character of articles or products of other headings.Headings for plates, sheets, strip, and foil apply, inter alia, to plates, sheets, strip, and foil with patterns (for example, grooves, ribs, chequers, tears, buttons, lozenges) and to such products which have been perforated, corrugated, polished or coated, provided that they do not thereby assume the character of articles or products of other headings.

1.3 Your agreement with Abc will also include the terms of any Legal Notices applicable to the Services, in addition to the Universal Terms. All of these are referred to below as the “Additional Terms”. Where Additional Terms apply to a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your use of, that Service.
1.3 귀하와 Abc의 계약은 ‘일반약관’에 추가하여 ‘서비스’에 적용되는 ‘법적 고지’의 계약조건도 포함합니다. 이러한 계약조건 모두는 아래에서는 “추가약관”이라고 지칭합니다. ‘서비스’에 ‘추가약관’이 적용되는 경우에는, 그 ‘추가약관’은 그 ‘서비스’ 내에서 또는 그 ‘서비스’의 이용 중에 귀하가 읽어볼 수 있도록 되어 있을 것입니다.

20.7 The Terms, and your relationship with Abc under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and Abc agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Abc shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
20.7 ‘약관’, 그리고 ‘약관’상의 Abc와 귀하의 관계는 캘리포니아 주 법률(국제사법은 제외)의 적용을 받습니다. 귀하와 Abc는 ‘약관’으로부터 발생하는 모든 법적 문제를 해결하기 위하여 캘리포니아 산타 클라라(Santa Clara) 카운티 내에 소재하는 법원을 전속적 관할법원으로 하기로 합니다. 다만, 위 규정에 불구하고, 귀하는, Abc가 여전히 어느 국가에서든지 보전처분(또는 그에 상당하는 형태의 긴급한 법적 구제수단)을 신청할 수 있다는데 동의합니다.

Price band (가격등락제한제도)
Price bands are systems that apply fluctuating tarrifs calculated in accordance with shifts in gloval commodity prices to ensure that import prices never drop below, or rise above, certain levels.
가격등락제한제도는 상품의 세계가격의 변동폭을 감안하여 관세폭을 연동시킴으로써 수입가격이 적정 수준의 가격이하로 덜어지거나 그 이상으로 인상되지 않도록 보장하기 위한 제도이다.
