Life originated in the early seas less than a billion years after Earth
was formed. Yet another three billion years were to pass before the
first plants and animals appeared on the continents. Life's transition

현대 만화는 19세기말 미국의 큰 신문사들 사이의 신문 전쟁에서 실탄으로
시작되었다. 첫 번째 완전 칼라 만화는 1894년 1월 Joseph Pulitzer 가
소유한 뉴욕의 World 라는 신문에 등장했다. 오늘날의 일요만화와 비슷한, 첫
번째 정규 주간 완전 칼라 만화(부록)는 2년 후에 William Randolph Hearst
의 경쟁이 되는 뉴욕 신문 the Morning Journal 에 등장했다.

There are many theories about the beginning of drama in ancient Greece.
The one most widely accepted today is based on the assumption that drama
evolved from ritual. The argument for this view goes as follows. In the
beginning, human beings viewed the natural forces of the world, even the
seasonal changes, as unpredictable, and they sought, through various
means, to control these unknown and feared powers. Those measures which
appeared to bring the desired results were then retained and repeated
until they hardened into fixed rituals.

라의 대표적인 타악기 입니다.
The name is derived from the words '장'and '고'or stick and drum.
장고라는 이름은 막대기를 뜻하는 '장'과 북을 의미하는 '고'가 합쳐
져서 장고라고 합니다.
It is roughly between 40 and 60 centimeters in length and about
20 to 30 centimeters in diameter.
장고는 길이가 약 40~60 센티미터 정도 되고 또 북머리의 지름은 약
20~30 센티미터 정도 입니다.
It is carved from paulownia wood and this hourglass shaped instr-
ument is entirely hollow.
장고는 오동 나무를 깎아서 만들고 모래시계 모양의 악기의 속은 텅텅
비어 있습니다.
Teh two circular heads of the drum are covered with animal skin
and the heads are laced to each other with cords that zig zag
tween the two areas.

since it was chosen to be a separator in e-mail addresses by Ray Tomlinson in
1972.
