A, B and C are among the main factors.
→ …에 우선하다: take have (the) precedence of over~
The individualism has caused the family to disintegrate로 할 수 있고, 그밖에 Because of this individualism, the family is in the danger of disintegration.
(ANS) Man is the product of his environments, say the psychologists. Parents, neighbourhood, and school are among the main factors which have a direct impact on shaping the individual's behavior and attitude toward the world. Of all these factors the family is most important. Today the family is being challenged by individualism in which the individual has the precedence over the family; because of the individualism the family is in danger of disintegration.

----------------------------------------------------------
Is that so ? / Is that right ? / How interesting ! /
Really ? / That's news to me. / I didn't know that./
What ? / No kidding ! / You must be kidding ! /
You don't say. / Come on ! / Give me a break ! /
----------------------------------------------------------
" Is that so ? "/ " Is that right ? "/ " How interesting! "
때에는, " Oh, are you ? " / " Oh, doesn't he ?
예를 들어, " I am worn out.
Oh,are you ? "
He doesn't know the ABC of English."
라는 말에 " Oh,doesn't he ?"
That's news to me. " / " I didn't know that. "
" What ? " / " No kidding. "
미국인이 많이 쓰는 표현 중에 " Give me a break !

Housewives in the comedy category, Lost for drama.

Children who appear intelligent and have normal sight and hearing may nevertheless have learning disabilities
such as difficulty in reading; difficulty in writing; difficulty with numbers;
and auditory-memory problems that prevent the child from remembering what has just been said.
Considered an “invisible” handicap, such learning disabilities can be detected by alert parents before the child goes to school.
If the child at about thirty months is not developing normal language skills, something is wrong.
Kindergartners should recognize the ABCs.
First-graders may commonly reverse their letters, writing a d for a b, but if they are still doing this at the start of second grade,
they should be tested for learning disabilities.

Wild Palms : This five-episode series, premiering on ABC, is a slice of paranoiacs' heaven.
Co-executive producer and conspiracy theorist Oliver Stone has found a soul mate in writer Bruce Wagner, whose novel Force Majeure sketched the downward spiral of an alienated Hollywood screenwriter.
Wagner sets his Wild Palms, based on his magazine comic strip of the same name, fifteen tears in the future, in a postdepression Los Angeles that's far creepier than Twin Peaks.

19.2 You understand and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which the Universal Terms or Additional Terms have changed, Abc will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Universal Terms or Additional Terms.

20.2 The Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and Abc and govern your use of the Services (but excluding any services which Abc may provide to you under a separate written agreement), and completely replace any prior agreements between you and Abc in relation to the Services.

20.3 You agree that Abc may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email, regular mail, or postings on the Services.

20.4 You agree that if Abc does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms (or which Abc has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Abc’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Abc.

20.6 You acknowledge and agree that each member of the group of companies of which Abc is the parent shall be third party beneficiaries to the Terms and that such other companies shall be entitled to directly enforce, and rely upon, any provision of the Terms which confers a benefit on (or rights in favor of) them. Other than this, no other person or company shall be third party beneficiaries to the Terms.

20.7 The Terms, and your relationship with Abc under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and Abc agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Abc shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

Americans have been rope-a-doped into believing that global warming is going to destroy our planet.

Scientists who have been skeptical about manmade global warming have been called traitors or handmaidens of Big Oil. The Washington Post asserted on May 28, 2006, that there were only "a handful of skeptics" of manmade climate fears. Bill Blakemore on Aug. 30, 2006, said, "After extensive searches, ABC News has found no such [scientific] debate on global warming." On July 23, 2007, CNN's Miles O'Brien said, "The scientific debate is over." Earlier he said that scientific skeptics of manmade catastrophic global warming "are bought and paid for by the fossil fuel industry, usually."
