투자자의 투자를 통해 회수된 자금을 자산보유자에게 전달 함으로써 채권의 증권화를 통한 유동화 과정이 완결되는 것이다.
그리고 원 채무자는 투자자에게 채무를 변제함으로써 투자자는 자금을 회수하게 된다.
