금융정보분석원에 보고해야하는 고액 현금거래 기준이 현재 2000만원에서 1000만원으로 강화되고, 전자금융업자나 자산 500억원 이상 대부업자도 자금세탁방지 의무 대상에 포함된다.
The standard for high-value cash transactions, which should be reported to the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit, will be strengthened from the current 20 million won to 10 million won, while electronic financial firms and lenders with assets of more than 50 billion won will be also included in the obligations to prevent anti-money laundering.
이에 따라 금융회사에서 FIU로 보고되는 현금거래 변경액이 현행 2000만원애서 1000만원으로 바뀐다.
As a result, the change in cash transactions reported by financial firms to FIU will be changed from the current 20 million won to 10 million won.
