19 CFR 351. 305 (a) 역시 행정보호명령에 포함된 것으로서 모든 허가
받은 신청자들이 지켜야 하는 요건들을 규정하고 있다. 상무부는 공개가 허용
되지 않는 대상으로부터 행정보호명령정보를 보호하기 위해 기업들이 따라야
하는 사항을 APO내부의 복잡한 절차로부터 분리하였다. (a)(1)항에서 상무부
는 신청자가 그들 자신의 내부절차를 만들도록 요구한다.

長幼有序:長(장:long [as in long life]) 幼(유: young) 有(유: existence) 序(서: order)

장유유서 The young must honor their elders. / Precedence should be given to older people
장유유서(長幼有序)[명사] 오륜(五倫)의 하나. 연장자와 연소자 사이에는 지켜야 할 차례가 있음을 이르는 말.
장유유서 On of the five defined hierarchical relationships of Confucianism which states that one must yield to the will of one's elders. Especially strong in Korea even in modern times. Koreans will, for example, yield their seat on a bus to someone who is only a few years older out of respect.
