=> 미국은 공휴일을 일요일과 겹치지 않도록 요일별로 지정한다
몇월의 몇째주로 무슨 요일로 정하는 방식이 일반적.
예) Easter : 부활절 - 3월21일이후 보름달다음 첫 일요일
Memorial day : 5월의 마지막 월요일
Labor Day : 9월의 첫번째 월요일
Thanksgiving Day : 11월의 4번째 목요일
따라서 일요일과 겹칠 염려가 없다.
요일로 지정하지 않는 경우 토요일, 일요일과 겹치게 되더라
도 앞당기거나 늦춰서 조정한다. 이땐 달력엔 예전과 다르게
기념된다 하여 Reserved, Observed라는 말을 붙여 표시한다.
예로 President Day, Washington's Birthday가 일요일과 겹
치면 달력엔 그 임시일을 위 용어로 표기하게 된다.
그러나 꼭 월요일이 공휴일이 지정되는 것은 아니다.
