Membership in the WTO would require China to enforce intellectual
property laws in a country where it's often difficult for law-abiding
consumers to purchase software that hasn't been pirated.

반도체의 지적재산권(Intellectual Properties)의 사용을 촉진시키기위해 1997년에 만들어진 단체. 반도체 관련된 여러 회사가 가입되어 있어 정기적으로 모임을 갖아 반도체 지적재산(Semiconductor Intellectual Properties)에 사용될 표준안을 만들고 있다. 우리나라에서는 SIPAC, ETRI등이 여기에 가입되어 이 쪽관련 연구를 하고 있다.

Except for any indemnification and confidentiality obligations hereunder or your breach of any intellectual property rights and/or proprietary interests relating to the program, (i) in no event shall either party be liable under this agreement for any consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, or punitive damages whether in contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and (ii) Abc's aggregate liability to publisher under this agreement for any claim is limited to the net amount paid by Abc to publisher during the three month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.
본 계약 하의 보상 및 기밀 유지 의무 또는 프로그램 관련 귀하의 지적재산권 및 / 또는 재산권적 이익의 위반의 경우를 제외하고, 1) 본 계약 하에서 일방은 어떠한 경우에도 계약, 불법행위 또는 기타 법리로 인하여 발생하는 손해에 대하여, 일방의 귀책사유 ( 예컨대 고의, 과실 ) 로 인하여 발생하는 상대방에 대한 통상손해 이외의 손해에 대하여는 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
다만, 일방이 특별한 사정을 알았거나 특별한 사정의 가능성을 합리적으로 알 수 있었을 경우에는 특별손해에 대하여도 책임을 부담합니다. 2) 본 계약 하에서 어떠한 청구의 경우에도 ( 클릭의 유효성과 관련하여 고의로 발생한 손해를 제외하고 ), 일방이 상대방에 대하여 부담하는 전체 책임은, 청구일로부터 직전 3 개월 동안 Abc가 본 계약 하에서 게시자에 지불한 총 금원 ( 상계되지 않은 금원 ) 으로 제한됩니다.

15. Abc Rights.

You acknowledge that Abc owns all right, title and interest, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below), in and to the Program (including Abc's ad serving technology, search technology, referral technology, and Brand Features, including implied licenses, and excluding items licensed by Abc from third parties and excluding any third party media player that may comprise the Property), and that You will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Program except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
귀하는 프로그램에 대하여 Abc가 모든 지적재산권 ( 아래에서 정의됨 ) 을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 아니하는 모든 권리, 권 원 및 이익 ( 묵시적 라이센스를 포함하여 Abc의 광고제공기술, 검색기술, 추천기술과 브랜드 표시를 포함하되, Abc가 제 3 자로부터 라이센스를 부여받은 항목과 자산을 구성하는 모든 제 3 자 미디어 플레이어를 제외 ) 을 보유한다는 것을 인정하고, 귀하는 본 계약에 명시적으로 규정된 경우를 제외하고는 프로그램에 대하여 어떠한 권리, 권원 또는 이익을 취득하지 아니한다는 점을 인정합니다.

8.2 You should be aware that Content presented to you as part of the Services, including but not limited to advertisements in the Services and sponsored Content within the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights which are owned by the sponsors or advertisers who provide that Content to Abc (or by other persons or companies on their behalf). You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content (either in whole or in part) unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by Abc or by the owners of that Content, in a separate agreement.
8.2 귀하는 ‘서비스’ 내의 광고 및 ‘서비스’ 내의 스폰서 콘텐츠 등 ‘서비스’의 일부로서 귀하에게 제공되는 ‘콘텐츠’가 Abc에 ‘콘텐츠’를 제공한 스폰서 또는 광고주 (또는 그를 대리하는 다른 개인 또는 회사)가 가지고 있는 지적재산권에 의하여 보호될 수 있다는데 유의하여야 합니다. 귀하는, Abc 또는 그 ‘콘텐츠’의 소유자로부터 별도의 계약에 의하여 귀하가 명시적인 허가를 받지 아니하는 한, ‘콘텐츠’(전부 또는 일부)를 수정, 임대, 대여, 판매, 배포하거나 그에 기초한 2차적 저작물을 작성할 수 없습니다.

9.1 You acknowledge and agree that Abc (or Abc’s licensors) own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Abc and that you shall not disclose such information without Abc’s prior written consent.
9.1 귀하는 Abc(또는 Abc의 라이센서(licensors))가 ‘서비스’에 대한 모든 법적 권리(‘서비스’에 관한 모든 지적재산권을 포함 . 이러한 권리의 등록 여부를 불문하고 그러한 권리가 존재할 수 있는 모든 국가를 대상으로 함)를 가지고 있음을 인정하고 동의합니다. 또한, 귀하는 ‘서비스’에는 Abc가 비밀로 지정한 정보가 포함되어 있을 수 있고, 귀하는 Abc의 서면에 의한 사전 서면동의 없이는 그러한 정보를 공개해서는 안됩니다.

9.4 Other than the limited license set forth in Section 11, Abc acknowledges and agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from you (or your licensors) under these Terms in or to any Content that you submit, post, transmit or display on, or through, the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in that Content (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Abc, you agree that you are responsible for protecting and enforcing those rights and that Abc has no obligation to do so on your behalf.
9.4 제11조에 규정된 제한적 라이센스 외에는, Abc는 귀하가 ‘서비스’ 상에 또는 ‘서비스’를 통하여 제출, 게시, 전송 또는 전시한 ‘콘텐츠’에 관하여는 그 ‘콘텐츠’에 관한 지적재산권(이러한 권리의 등록 여부를 불문하고 그러한 권리가 존재할 수 있는 모든 국가를 대상으로 함) 등�에 동의합니다.
