SEC(증권관리위원회)에 등록된 자율규제기관인 NASD(증권업협회)에
의해 운영되고 있으며 거래대금기준 뉴욕증권거래소(NYSE)에 이어 세계 제
2의 증권시장에 랭크되고 있다.
