It is perfectly normal not to feel good. This does not mean that it is
normal to feel rotten all the time, or even to feel bad too often. "All
things in moderation." said the Greeks, and that is the rule for feeling
good and bad. A person who feels bad with reasonable regularity will
enjoy the occasional period of feeling good far more than somebody who
feels good so often that he is bored by it.
